Gone (Sasuke Uchiha x reader)

Chapter three

When we arrived at his house, Naruto set me down on the couch and smiled. "This is my home!" I looked around. "Nice."

"Are you hungry?" Hinata asked as she emerged from the kitchen. I nodded and she smiled. "I made something to eat for you two."

"Thanks!" Naruto exclaimed and he carried me into the kitchen. He set me down in a chair and set two plates of food onto the table.

"Also," Hinata said. "The kids are staying with my father, and I've made up the guest bedroom... for me to sleep in. I think it would be best if you slept with ___ Naruto."

That made me choke on my food. "W-What no! I can't let you do that."

Hinata smiled. "I think it would be best of you guys slept together tonight."

"Yea just like old times!" Naruto added.

"B-but"

"No buts. I'll run you a bath and give you some clothes to change in to." I sighed and stuffed my face. I know there's no point in trying to change Naruto and Hinata's mind.

After we ate Naruto walked me upstairs to the bathroom and there was a bath already ready. Naruto got me a towel and the other necessities for my bath and hair. "My room is the one to the right of here. When you're done go in there. Hinata left some clothes out for you. "

I nodded. "Uh... what about the guest room?"

"Hinata is already in there asleep."

"What? No no no I can't really take her bed like that."

Naruto chuckled. "Well, she's made up her mind. She wants you to be comfortable, at least just be okay with it for tonight. It'll be just like how we were before the war."

"I just... I don't wanna come around and mess up what you have here."

Naruto kneeled in front of me and gently grabbed my hand. "You've been gone for fifteen long years... just relax and let us take care of you, okay? I know Hinata doesn't mind, and we both want you to feel safe and comfortable."

I sighed and attempted to run my fingers through my knotted hair. "Alright... thank you." Naruto placed a soft kiss on my temple and stood up. "I'm so happy you're home." He showed me his signature bright smile and left the bathroom.

I undressed and got into the bath. 'It's been so long!' I thought with a smile as I sunk into the water. I took my time washing my whole body, then I detangled and washed my hair. When I was finished, I wrapped my hair and body in a towel and walked into Naruto's room. On the bed was lotion and clothes and such, some underwear, which I assume is from Hinata, a pair of sweatpants, and an orange T-shirt. While I was changing, suddenly heard voices coming from downstairs. I hurriedly got dressed and peeked my head out of the door.

"Where is she?" I heard a voice ask. Is that Sasuke?

"She's just in the bath. What are you doing here?" Naruto responded.

"I'm here to see ____."

"It's getting late, why don't you just come back tomorrow as you said?"

Sasuke sighed. "I just... really want to see her."

I put on the socks that were left on the bed, then slowly made my way down the stairs. "____." Sasuke and Naruto said simultaneously.

"How was your bath?" Naruto asked. Sasuke just stared at me. I sat on the couch. "It was great," I said with a slight smile. "That's good. I thought you'd prefer to be in some baggier clothes so I gave you some of mine," Naruto said.
