Gone (Sasuke Uchiha x reader)

Since people kept asking for another chapter.... here you go!

After what seemed like forever, Sasuke came home. After the last box. I received two more 'gifts'. Those were as creepy though, one was a heart-shaped box, filled with expired candy. I doubt this person purposely gave me expired candy, but... who knows.

The second was a box with a ring in it. The ring was too small for my finger, and it was gold, with a simple gem in the middle.

I kept all of the 'presents' except the heart in a box under my bed. I have to tell Sasuke about them.

I was sorting papers for Naruto when he came home.

"I'm back," he said as he walked into the office. "The mission was a success, of course."

"Good, thank you, Teme," Naruto said.

I jumped up from my spot and hugged Sasuke. "You're finally back," I mumbled.

"I missed you too," he said while hugging me.

"Naru, can I get an hour off?" I asked. He glanced over at the pile of papers I sorted and nodded. "Thanks!" I exclaimed before dragging Sasuke out of the office.

"You missed me this much?" Sasuke said with a smile.

"Something happened," I said as I pulled him into my room and pulled the box out from under the bed.

"What... happened?"

I handed him the box. He stared at me skeptically for a moment before opening it. It was hard to read the expression on his face as he looked through the box.

"Are these-" He paused and flipped through the pictures. You could tell when he got to.. that.. picture. He froze and stared at it for a moment, before crumbling it up and dropping it back into the box. He held up the bloody note.

"What came with this?"

"A... heart," I mumbled. "Like a real one."

Sasuke looked down at me. "Did you tell anyone?"

I shook my head. "Why?"

"I- I didn't want to be a bother anymore," I mumbled. Sasuke sighed before pulling me into a tight hug. "You should tell Naruto or someone when these things happen," he paused. "At least you're safe."

"Yea," I mumbled. "What if it's him. I can't get it out of my head. He came for me before, what if this is his sick way of showing me he's watching."

"I won't let him touch you, not again."

"Should we tell Naru?"

"Yea," he said.

"Why didn't you say anything before?!" Naruto exclaimed.

"That doesn't matter now, Dobe."

Naruto sighed. "Alright, uh," he paused. "There isn't much we can do now. Since Sasuke is home and you're with me most of the day, you won't be alone. All we can do is wait."

"Wait for what? Him to come for her again?"

"We can't just assume it's him. What if someone else is obsessed with her?"

"No one else could've possibly had one of those pictures."

"Pictures? What was the picture?"

Sasuke was quiet. I set the box on his desk and sighed. Naruto looked through the box, his reaction as almost the same as Sasuke's, neutral, but serious.

"This is-"

"Let's not make a big deal about it, okay? But, I was thinking, What if he's using some type of space-time jutsu to watch me from wherever I was before? I dunno, I've been thinking about this a lot. There are so many possibilities, but I know he hasn't been here. I would've been able to detect his chakra."

Naruto sighed and leaned back in his chair. "If that's the case, then Hinata could see it with her byakugan. Let's just wait and see if he brings something else."

I nodded. "I'm gonna go to the bathroom," I said before walking away. I closed the door and leaned against it with a sigh. "Why does everything bad have to happen to me? If they get hurt... then it'll be my fault."

Suddenly, my blood ran cold, and that oh so familiar chakra appeared.

"That's true, so why dont you just come with me?"

I looked around. A black hole started growing from the middle of the room and he stepped out.

"Fuck off!"

"C'mon, Princess. I just wanna talk."

"NARU-" He grabbed me and then, everything went black.
