Tsukkishima and Yamaguchi are secretly dating but nobody knows that yet.
Suga and Daichi are literally getting married on the Saturday, so I think everyone knows that they are together.
Oikawa is not evening hiding it, he is in love with Iwazumi, but Iwazumi thinks he is like that with everyone and doesn't think it means anything so they are not together.
No one is really sure what the heck is going with Ushijima and Tendou but Ushijima just kind of lets Tendou do whatever he wants.
Yaku and Lev are together, but they have only told Suga and Iwazumi so not everyone knows that they are dating.
