EVER SINCE the Emperor and his men left, there has never been calm in the palace. They're still on the front lines of the conflict, fighting. Nobody in the palace knew whether or not someone was still alive. They are worried since there has been no constant update on the Emperor.

On the battlefield, medics are frequently dispatched. Additionally, wounded soldiers are being returned to the empire on a daily basis to recover. Many warriors have already died, but those who survived are still engaged in battle.

In order to provide quicker assistance to the injured soldiers, the servants of the palace were aiding the medical staff. Fortunately, the other Vassily empire continues to send supplies and aid, ensuring that they never lack anything.

A teenage servant, tending to a wounded soldier, stated, "I didn't know that wars take this long. It's been four weeks, and our empire is rocked with the fear of losing our very own Emperor. I'm just afraid of losing a competitive Emperor because we'll never have another King like him. He might be ruthless and merciless, but he has proven a lot for this empire, and only him could achieve a prosperous place like this. I don't doubt the leadership of the Vassilys, especially Emperor Massimo, but I'm just scared of losing a competitive Emperor because we'll never have another King like him."

The matron exclaimed, "Wars actually take years! Good thing ours is just a tiny war compared to any forms of war, and this can be simply handled by our Emperor," the matron said.

The matron continued, "Did you not know? There was a war in the west that lasted five years! It was then that our Empire was regarded as the strongest and most powerful in the west because we won the battle. Almost all the other big empires in the West joined the war, and we fortunately won and that's all thanks to the good leadership of our great Emperor."

Brielle held the first aid kits while she stood tense. She had seriously undervalued the Emperor. At a relatively young age, he oversaw his Empire's participation in conflicts that lasted for months or even years. It doesn't mean that there are constant mass murders, but there are occasional attacks until an empire falls or is conquered.

Of course, his father and brothers had helped him in the past, but it's hard to be a leader and in charge at such a young age. Brielle is astounded by the fact that although wars are common in the west, Emperor Massimo consistently prevails.

"You know the Vassilys, they never back down. And once again, they proved to the world that they're indeed the highest among all rulers in the land." Winter stood beside her and hushed, "The competitive empires and emperors were sadly in the west and they wanted to see who would be the supreme."

Another of the servants then remarked, "We never experienced being devastated and attacked because we're always the ones attacking and conquering. We're always ahead of everybody. The Emperor attacks before the enemies get closer on our land. He didn't want any destruction in his homeland so he makes sure the battlefield is far from his empire."

Although it's taking so long, the matron added, "This is actually smaller than what you think because we're oppressing the last of the people and the king of the opposing empire, but that won't be simple because they have their own troops too fighting for their land."

Winter questioned, "Why don't they just surrender?"

The Matron responded, "Because they still desire to reign despite their number, they seek to overthrow our empire knowing that our Vassily monarch hates to be defied and challenged. Now that the Grand Emperor has decided to completely conquer that land, there is nothing anyone could do to stop it. Had they not provoked the Vassilys, this wouldn't be happening."
