Stiles' P.O.V

Isaac's house was packed than his usual parties. Perhaps the players from the other team came and their friends despite losing the game. I was in the kitchen grabbing a drink watching Isaac talk with a few of the guys that sit at our lunch table. The last time I saw Scott was when he was on the dance floor with Leena and Nora. I decided to let them have their fun since it's their night. I isolated myself in the kitchen eating the snacks and drinking water.

A few minutes later a couple came into the kitchen making out by the counter near me then the guy put his girl on the counter and I think I had seen enough so I strolled to the living room. I saw Nora sitting on the ouch fanning herself with her hand. I laughed walking up to her handing her a water bottle.

"Too much dancing?" I questioned sitting on the arm of the couch.

She snickers nodding her head grabbing the water from me. Nora drinks it and I notice she's still in her lacrosse uniform and it looks adorable on her. I look at her as her eyes are closed drinking down the water watching her take her big gulps. I can't take my eyes off of her, no matter what she would be doing it would amaze me. That other day when we kissed behind the gym I was sure there was something there for us. And then Isaac appeared and I guess Nora planned it. Either way, I found it really hard to get her out of my mind after that kiss. I keep thinking back to it hoping it had a deeper meaning to it.

She finishes half the bottle exhaling her chest rising and falling. "I could really go for a nice walk, what do you think?" She questioned looking up at me with her sparkling hazel eyes.

"Sure," I responded holding out my hand. Nora got up as together we walked towards the front door.

I started to wonder why she wasn't with Isaac and why he wasn't with her. Maybe they don't want to spark the rumors anymore because there are a lot of people who are here if they see them together that'll worsen the rumors even more. We make it out side and there were a couple people out here smoking and drinking beers.

Nora and I stepped out walking down the side walk hand in hand. Together we walked down the pathway going away from Isaac's house. We still held hands which I didn't mind it. I always wondered what she thought of me other than a guy helping her get Isaac Lahey to like her. She was a funny girl always joking around with me and I am still in awe how she stood up to Allison that one time at Isaac's party. How I knew when she was nervous but was good at hiding it. I wonder if she was also trying to hide what she really feels for me but maybe that isn't true at all and she just has eyes for Isaac.

"No, it was the way you were cheering for me." Nora laughs biting into her hot dog I bought for her from a food truck that was by my house. Nora and I stood out of my house just chatting. I didn't live too far from Isaac I lived on the next block and she told me she was hungry so I brought her to the food truck that is always out my house.

I shove my hands in my pocket laughing along, "I was very proud of you I couldn't help it."

I smile looking ahead. She looked up at me I can see from the corner of my eye. I gulped hard being I always got nervous when she would share a glance at me. I breathed out forcing a chuckle meeting her eyes scratching the back of my neck.

Nora just grinned her mouth full of hot dog, "want a bite?" she questioned holding it up to me.

I shook my head, "no thanks. And I mean it when I say I was proud of you. I know we only knew each other for a few months since we started fake dating but I feel like I could tell you anything. Be myself around you- I really enjoy your company Nori,"

Nora stopped in her tracks finishing her last bite of hot dog. She wiped her lips with the back of her hand which excited me not in a weird way. I find it cute she can be this comfortable to me wiping away the crumbs on her lip without using a napkin.
