CHAPTER 16

Jennie's POV

After eating breakfast, Nayeon and I went to the university together. Once we reached the gates, we bid goodbye to each other, and parted ways. I am on my way at thr cheerleader's room, when someone grab my arm and pull me at the corner. It was Somi. Jeon Somi. She's very famous here at school, and she's Jungkook's sister.

"What?" I sternly asked.
"Hey! I heard that you're going to have a try-outs later." She said.
"Yeah. Why do you ask?" I questioned her, raising my right brow.
"I'll audition later. And here, take this and accept me. Daddy will be glad if I become a cheerleader." Somi said, handing me a fat envelop.
"This won't work bitch. Bribing ain't my style." I replied.

I didn't accept the money, and walk away to her. But before I could get farther, I say something.

"If you want to make it at auditions, you better do your best." I spoke, and walk away.

I didn't look back to see her reaction, but I'm sure she's pissed. It's true that bribing isn't my taste. If you wanna achieve your goal, you better do your best. I shake my head to remove that memory, and went to the cheerleader's room.

Jeongyeon's POV

It was a tough time at school. Currently, I am at biology class and it is so boring. I glance at my watch, and it is 10 minutes before lunch. Mr. Shin is just talking about the cells, and how it was discovered by Robert Hook, in a piece of cork. I slowly and quietly tapped my fingernails in my table, while waiting for the bells to ring.

"Hey, what should we eat at lunch?" Sana whispered, so Mr. Shin won't hear us.
"I dunno..." I replied.
"Should we eat at the café nearby?" she asked again.
"Hmm..sure." I spoke.

I glance again at my wristwatch, and it's 5 minutes left. I am very excited to end this class, and eat lunch. Unfortunately, Mr. Shin ordered us to bring out 1/4 sheet of paper, because we're having a short quiz, about the topic. Damn, I didn't pay attention awhile ago. I'm sure I'll fail this one. I open my bag, and I realized that I haven't buy any supplies yet. So I asked Sana to give me one.

"Sanake, give me one." I said.
"Why??" she asked.
"I don't have any." i spoke.
"bitch, you're hella rich, but didn't have money to buy some paper." She scowled.
"Yah! I haven't buy my stuff yet okay." I fired back.

she rolled her eyes, and tear a piece of paper and gave it to me.

I wrote my name, and my section and waited to hear the bells ringing.

"Okay, first question. Who discovered cell?"

Ah shit. I've heard it awhile ago. I look at Sana, and we're on the same situation.
I internally slap myself, for not listening.

"Next. In what object does he use to discover cell." Mr. Shin asked, pacing back and forth, at his desk.

I totally forgot it. Come on braincells of mine..

"Third.." Gahh!!! it is driving me nuts. It is the 3 question, yet I haven't written anything, except for my name and section.

"What did he saw at-" He stops when the bells ring. I sigh deeply in relief.

"okay class, keep your paper, and we'll continue it tomorrow." He said and bid us goodbye.

Sana and I immediately went out, and went at the cafeteria to wait for the others.

"Wassup, Kyunghoon!" Jihyo greeted.
"Wassup, Jisoo!" I said, and we fistbumped.

Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun and Chaeyoung were in the same class. While. Tzuyu, Nayeon and Momo, were in the different class too.

"So, what should we eat?" Momo asked.
"Sana and I planned to eat at the café nearby. So are you in favor?" I said.
"Hmm.. Sounds great" Chae said.
"Leggo" Tzuyu said.

So we went outside, and we walked to the said store. Once we reached the establishment, we enter inside and seated at the long table, located near the counter. The staff approached us and handed us the menu. Before she left, she looked at Nayeon and bowed. Nayeon was in shock, but she bowed also.

"Hey, are you friends with her?" I asked Nayeon.
"No. I didn't know her though." Nayeon replied, flipping through the menu.

After a few minutes of flipping the menu, we have decided in our orders.

"So what do you guys want?" I asked.
"Let's try this Group Bundle." Momo suggested.

I look at it, and it is good enough. It has strawberry shortcake, chocolate cake, mocha chiffon and red velvet. The drinks are either Latte cappucino, americano or salted caramel frappucino.

"So you wanna try it guys?" I asked again. They all nodded their heads, and I called the staff to get our orders.

"What is your orders?" The staff asked politely.
"We would like to try the Group Bundle, please." I said.
"What drinks would you prefer, maam?" she asked again, while writing at the notepad.
"We'd like 3 iced americano, 3 salted caramel frappucino, 1 cappucino and 2 Latte." I said. The staff bowed, and went to the counter.
