CHAPTER 25

Harin's POV

I immediately went to her and put her at my lap.

"U-unnie, wake up!" I said, shaking her shoulders.

"Wait me here, Harin. I'll ready the car." Oppa said, and went to the garage.

I then started crying. My tears are streaming down my cheeks. I look at my sister's face, and I cry loudly.

"Unnie please wake up!" I said.

Oppa came and carry unnie, into bridal style. I followed oppa and I helped him to put unnie inside the car. Oppa and I went inside the car, and we drove to the nearest hospital.

"S-shall I-i c-call m-mommy?" I asked oppa, stuttering.

"No. Mom and Dad shouldn't know about this." Oppa said, focusing at the road.

"But, I'm sure they'll find unnie." I said.

"NO HARIN!! MOM AND DAD SHOULDN'T KNOW ABOUT JIEUN'S CONDITION OKAY!" He shouted, and I became silent. Tears are coming out on my eyes again. I sob quietly and shifted my gaze at my sister.

"The reason why Jieun did this is because of stress.." Oppa said.

I looked at him and spoke.

"What do you mean?" i uttered.

"When Nayeon loses her memories 10 years ago, mommy ordered Jieun to play with you, and she willingly do it. But because you just want to be with Nayeon, you ignored her and you chose Tzuyu, over your own sister. Then mommy would always scold Jieun because of negligence. She would hit her with a broom." He added.

I felt like dumb when I heard oppa's statement.

"So everytime you would call mommy and tell her that Jieun's treating you bad, she would scold her and always compare her to others. That why she did that." Oppa continued.

I became a statue. My tears continue to flow at my cheeks. I didn't know that my sister's having a hard time because of me. I feel so bad. I'm a bad sister. I didn't consider her feelings since then. I continue to cry silently until we reached the hospital.

Oppa carried unnie inside the hospital, and the nurses assisted him. They put unnie on the bed, and the doctor immediately check my sister.
A few minutes passed, the doctor approached us.

"What happen to my sister?" Oppa asked.

"Your sister swallowed sleeping pills. I think she's commiting suicide. But luckily, she didn't intake many. She'll be okay within a week or so." The doctor said.

"Thank you sir." oppa said and we bow down.

"You're welcome. Excuse me for now." The doctor said.

I sat down beside unnie and oppa did the same.

"I'm so stupid. I didn't consider unnie's situation back then." I brought out.

"It's okay Harin." Oppa said, and hugged me.

My tears suddenly rolled down again, and my brother wiped it.

"Hush now kiddo, Jieun's gonna be fine. Go home and rest, I know you're exhausted." Oppa said.

I wearily stood up and bid goodbye to my brother. I glance at my sister one last time, before I go home.

I took a cab, and I when home, I went at my room and
slam myself at the bed. I feel so stress and sad. I reach for my phone and dialled Tzuyu's number.

(Bold:Tzuyu/Normal: Harin)

"Hey wassup monkey! How's it goin?"

"U-unnie, c-can y-you come h-here a-at my h-house?"

"Hey bitch, are you crying? What happen?"

"I'll t-tell y-you w-hen you a-arrive."

"Hang on, I'm on my way."

I put down my phone and closed my eyes for awhile. An hour passed, I heard a knock on my door. I open it and saw Tzuyu.

"Who let you in?" I asked.

"The maids, of course." She replied.

"What took you so long?" I question.

"I'm at Sana's house, doing some reports." She answered.

"So, why are you crying?" She interrogate.

"Because of unnie." I answered.

"What about Jieun unnie?" Tzuyu queried.

"She swallowed sleeping pills, because of me." I spoke.

"Eh?? Why would your sister did that?" she asked suprised.

"Remember when I always come at your house? Mommy said to unnie that she should play with me, so I can move on with Nayeon unnie. But I'd choose you over her, so mommy would scold her. And now, everytime I would call my mom to say that unnie's mistreating me, she would scold her and compare her to others." I explained. My tears are flowing at my cheeks again.

Tzuyu hugged me tight and draw circles at my back.

"Hey it's okay dude." Tzuyu said.

"I feel so stupid you know that. I was too focused at Nayeon unnie, that I forgot about my own sister." I said, continuing to bawl.

"Hey, look. It's okay.. People make mistakes. It's okay.. I'm sure Jieun unnie will forgive you." She assured.

"Are you sure? What if she won't forgive me?" I asked.

"There's no sibling that can't forgive each other. Just say sorry to her." She spoke.

"O-okay" I replied.

Tzuyu continued to hug me and after a minute, she went out to my room and came back with chocolates and water.

"Here drink this. You lost many liquids inside, you better replenish it. After that, eat some chocolates. It'll help you to feel better." She said, and handed me the water.

"고마워, 쯔위 언니"
(Thank you, Tzuyu unnie)

Tzuyu smiled and sat beside me.

Her full name is Lee Harin, and her cousin is Nayeon.. She have 2 siblings. Her sister is Lee Jieun and her brother is Lee Jong Suk.
