Few years later...
It is now 3 am, and everyone in the neighborhood is sound asleep. The whole place is very quiet, and only the sound of crickets were audible.
"Love, wake up." Nayeon shook her wife's body to wake her up.
"Hmm? What do you need?" The latter asked, her voice was hoarse since she's half asleep.
"My water bag broke." The older was wincing in pain, as she felt liquids dripping down her legs.
"Oh, okay." Jeongyeon answered and went back to bed.
Nayeon huffed because of irritation and wake Jeongyeon up again.
"YOO JEONGYEON WAKE UP! I SWEAR TO GOD, IF YOU DON'T MOVE YOUR ASS NOW, I'LL GIVE BIRTH HERE." Jeongyeon's eyes bulged out, when Nayeon mentioned that she's about to give birth.
She quickly jumped off the bed, and grab her cardigan. Nayeon was taking deep breaths, trying to ease the pain. Jeongyeon grab the bag with Nayeon's things in it, and she assisted her wife. The latter started the car, and drive to the nearest hospital.
"Hang in there love, we're almost there." Jeongyeon stated, and focused on the road.
She dialled her parent's-in-law, reporting to them that Nayeon is about to give birth. After few minutes, they reached the hospital and the nurses quickly assisted to the delivery room. The nurses let Jeongyeon wear the Johnny suit, hair cap and face mask, as she went inside.
"Breathe in, breathe out, then push." The OB-gyne instructed.
Nayeon did what the doctor said, and take a deep breaths before pushing the baby.
"It's okay love, you can do it." Jeongyeon said, and hold Nayeon's hand while kissing her temples.
"I can see the head already. Continue to breathe in and out, then push." The doctor said.
Nayeon screamed in pain, as she finally gave birth to their baby. The couple shed in tears, as they heard the first cry of their child.
"Congratulations to the both of you, you have a healthy baby girl!" The doctor said, and gave the baby to Nayeon.
Nayeon touched her daughter's hands, and tears escaped to her eyes. While Jeongyeon, she keeps on kissing Nayeon's forehead, while her eyes were now watery.
"Hello there, Phoebe Eleanor. My one Shining light " Jeongyeon uttered, and stare at the two lovingly.
