You Belong With Me

CHAPTER 46

The whole week was so hectic since it was just for competition and preparations for the prom. Today is the last day of the intrams and Seoul Natl. High School is currently on number 1 on the awards. The last competition for today is Rhythmic Gymnastics. Mina is currently at the waiting room with the whole squad.

"Aye Minari, don't be nervous. Just beat those other gymnasts and win." Jihyo chanted and all of them laugh.

"Hey Jihyo, as far as I know Mina is competing for gymnastics, and not for ssireum." Irene said, which makes the laughter grow.

"You can do it Pingu!! We'll support you no matter what happens." Jennie added and tapped Mina's shoulders.

Mina smiled at them thanked them for the moral support.

"Aww thanks guys! You're the best squad ever." Mina thanked and all of them fake cried.

"Our Mina's all grown-up." Momo cheered.

"What the hell Momo? What is that suppose to mean?" Sana groaned.

SaMo continued to bicker until it is time for the contest. All of them went back to their seats, and waited for the competition to start.

"Good Evening ladies and gentlemen!" The MC greeted to hype up the crowd.

"Tonight we will witness the great battle between all of the school's Rhythmic Gymnasts. So are you ready?" The MC then asked and all of the crowd cheered.

He then announce the criteria and then introduced the first performer from Hanlim Arts.

"For the first performer, we have Kim Minjoo from Hanlim Arts High School." The Mc introduced and the said girl walked through the stage, while waving her hands at the crowd and holding a hoop.

She stood up at the center, waiting for her cue to start. When the music starts, she began to sway her body to the rhythm, while also using her prop which is the hoop. Minjoo did an incredible performance and the crowd gave her a round of applause.

When she's done performing, she bowed her head and go back at the waiting room. The MC then appeared back at the stage and called the next performer.

"Thank you for the wonderful performance, Kim Minjoo ssi! Moving on for the next contestant, we have Hwang Yeji from Busan Women's Academy." The MC said, and the crowd gave her a round of applause.

The cat-eyed girl then entered the gym, with a fierce aura. She's gonna use a ribbon as a prop for her performance. She stood up, and waited for the music to start. When the music starts playing, she tossed the ribbon in the air and twirl around before grabbing the ribbon, and spin it.

Her perfect hourglass body moved synchronously at the music, and she maintains her facial expression that was the main concept of the song. After her performance, she went back to her designated room and the crowd applaud for her.

Mina's nervousness increased when she was called by the MC. She took a deep breath, before fixing her posture and walked towards the stage with her smile painted on her lips.

The crowd then again cheered as she enter inside the gym, and of course the loudest came from her friends. She even heard Chaeyoung yelling "That's my girl!" that makes her blush.

Mina's gonna used a ball as her prop, and she took her position as she waited for the cue to start. She threw the ball when the music played, and catched it with her legs. Since Mina practiced ballet for 11 years, it is quite easy for her to do this things.

She's so graceful to watch when she's performing, and the way she looks intimidating during the whole performance were so awesome.
When she's done, she bowed her head and went back to the waiting room.
