CHAPTER 15

Maggie's pov

Abel had another surprise for me, but he didn't want to tell me even the smallest thing about it.

"You'll see when we'll be there" he only said

"Ughh... okay..." I answered

"Someone is impatient, huh?"

"Such a tease" I thought to myself

He was leading. We went back to the city centre. The sun was completely down, so all we saw were neons and city lights. The view was beautiful, especially for me, because I love going outside at night.

"Beautiful, isn’t it? But that is not my surprise" Abel said

"No?" I asked confused

"No. We have to go further" He answered

"Okay, let's go then..."

Unfortunately we came across the paps... Ughh they surrounded us that we couldn't escape. Those guys were unusually irritating. They were taking pics like crazy and talking horrible shit. For example:

"Oh, new girlfriend? How long will this relationship last this time? One, two or three months? "

"We'll get MDM 2.0? Or this time Maggie will release something similar"

"Is this love? Or maybe you're just fucking?"

"For sure Maggie is another one-night stand. He'll get what he wants and leave her"

"You like younger girls, huh?"

I could feel that tension in Abel's body. I knew he wanted to hit them, but I intertwined our hands together to stop him so he calmed down. Wow, I didn't know that I have that affect on him... But when I saw tears in his eyes, I totally got pissed off.

"EVERYONE GET QUIET NOW!!!"  I started shouting and it worked so I continued

"LET US GO AND DON’T TREAT US THAT WAY!!! WE ARE NOT ANIMALS!!! NOW GET OUT OF OUR WAY!!!" when I finished they finally let us go...

"Omg, Maggie, I'm so sorry. It’s my fault 'cause I brought you here. But I didn't kn..."

"Oh don’t talk that shit, that’s not your fault" I interrupted him because I saw some tears falling down his handsome face.

(Wait... Did I really called him handsome??? Ooops...).

I wiped them away and hugged him really tight.

"I hope you don’t agree with them..." he said sadly

"What? Of course not, Abel! They are stupid and they will always talk shit like that. You got lost, but you're only human and I'll help you get through this. Now, show me that surprise, 'cause I can't wait!" I said and Abel smiled.

Abel's pov

I decided to take my Angel to the place where I found out some information about her - I mean the shop with music albums. It was one week and two days ago... And I am soooo glad that I went there that time.

When we got there, Maggie was surprised. I knew she wouldn't expect that.

"Abel, where are we?" she asked a bit scared. I understand her, the shop isn’t new - it's a little bit damaged building and it looks like a haunted house at night.

"Don’t be scared, Meg. It’s not what you think it is" I told her to build her confidence and kissed her cheek.

"Inside is sth I want to show you and it's connected with story I want to tell you" when she heard it, I could see her starting relax.

Maggie seemed to be speechless when we came in.

"Woow, I've never been to that huge store with CDs before!!! I love buying CDs and collecting them!" she said amazed and I felt relief she liked it.

"Let's go to the aisle I want to show you" I said

                 * 3 minutes later *

"You see?" I asked and showed her her music album

"Awww... Wait, what?! It has a sticker on it which says it's a BESTSELLER!!! OMG" she almost screamed and I laughed

"Congrats, Meg"

"What a pity that my albums I recorded in Poland aren't available here... But I understand it. It would be pointless, because half of the songs is in polish" she said

"But they are beautiful... Using translator it's not that hard and when it comes to the melody it doesn’t require translation. U should sing your previous songs on your concerts here"

"Wait, you have listened to my songs???" she said shocked

"I have. If you want to know how I found them, listen to my story" I answered smiling

"Okay..." she said interested.

"Since that night I met you, I couldn't stop thinking about you. You haven't told me anything about yourself. I didn't know your name or phone number. The only memory I had was our kiss and your beautiful face which I was dreaming about. I wasn't blaming you, 'cause I knew I didn't deserve you. But when it's been a month and I haven't met you again I was depressed. I didn't know what to do with myself. I had to go shopping and when I was bored, sth inside me told me to go here. Then I found the CD that caught my attention. I couldn't believe my eyes when I realised that girl on the cover is you. I already found your name in the corner. It was enough to find you online. I bought the album, because I was excited and couldn't wait to listen to it. I was in love with your songs and I started searching for more. I found you on your social media and wrote to you. You know the rest of the story..."
