[Bow's POV]
Glimmer was laying on the covers of my bed, silently. She wasn't crying, but I could see that she was on the verge of tears because she would occasionally wipe her nose on her sleeve or dab her eye with a tissue.
- "Glimmer..." I climb onto the bed, sitting next to her waist, in order to see her face as I talked to her.
She didn't respond, she just laid there facing the blank, empty ceiling.
- "You can't stay silent forever. You're going to have to talk at some point."
Nothing.
- "I was going to make tea. Honey and lemon, your favourite."
- "Bow I don't want tea." she sulked, still facing the ceiling.
- "Why not?"
- "Because it's just an excuse to make me talk about what happened."
- "I'm just trying to help. I can't understand why you don't want to talk about what happened, since I also felt kind of betrayed when Adora and Catra didn't trust us with their secret." I explain, trying to get through to her.
- "You want to talk? Fine then, let's talk," Glimmer sat up and looked at me agitated.
- "I'm jealous of them. I want to have what they have. They have a magical bond now for crying out loud! If only Catra wasn't in the picture, then maybe we could all be closer. But no, she has to take Adora away at any time that she can for herself. She's selfish, ignorant and annoying." she spat.
- "Why didn't you tell me that's how you felt when I asked you before?" I question, worrying a little bit.
- "Because when I told you I didn't know how I felt about her, you tried to pressure me into deciding." she scolded me, pointing her finger.
I guess I do feel a little bit guilty about that, but I didn't mean to make Glimmer feel that way.
- "Adora is meant to be my roommate, my friend. Why is she acting so okay with everything that has happened?" she cried, tears finally flowing from her eyes."
- "Trust me, I doubt she's doing much better with Catra in the other room."
[Adora's POV]
- "Catra, please open the door. We can work this out, I promise."
I stood outside of the bathroom door and kept trying to unlock it.
- "I-I told you Adora," she whispered, but I could tell that she was crying, "I'm just everyone's problem. First I come into your life and set off some sort of crazy magic necklace, and then I ruin your friendships with other people, because I pull you away from them like a selfish brat. That's ju-just what I'm like."
- "Catra..." I answered, softly smiling, "The only problem here is that you don't want to accept the fact that I'm not going to hurt you or do anything once you open this door. I just want to give you a hug and reassure you."
- "Of what? That I'm a bad person? I know I fuck everything up and Glimmer was just telling the truth. I'm just making everything difficult."
