kei tsukishima was a nobody.

some might call him a loner, but he doesn't mind at all.

in fact, he hates everyone.

they're all nothing but stuck up people who thinks about nothing but themselves, how they look, they're reputation and petty, stupid materialistic things.

well, all of them, except this one boy.

one day, another nobody has caught his attention.

he was going through his normal day, going to school, not talking to anyone but his teachers (only when he's reciting), chilling on the nearby public garden, before going home late at night.

well it was supposed to be a normal day, until he found another boy on the spot he usually on: under the giant tree on the corner of the yard.

in these situations, he would either be pissed and just turn around; or scoff at the person and ask them to leave.

but this boy was sobbing, and he didn't know what to do.

the boy had long green choppy hair and has a tanner skin that his, olive undertone. he wasn't wearing his gakuran, only an off-white short-sleeved school-issued polo and black slacks.

(that's a lot of hyphen omg)

his bag seems to be dirty, well actually, he seems to be dirty.

and he doesn't seem to notice the tall blonde watching him for probably 5 minutes now, so kei decided to make his presence known.

" hello? " he called hesitantly and watched the sobbing boy flinch and instantly looked up, fear and shock evident on his face.

" u-um, I'm, um, s-soryy. I'll,,, I'll go now " , he replied and scrambled, his head hung low.

" wait- "

tsukishima went to grab his arm to stop him from going but this made the other panic and rip his arm from the tall boy's hand.

" DON'T TOUCH ME! " he yelled in anxiety, only to realize that he shouldn't have yelled and that would make the matters worse for him. his eyes widened and he dropped to the ground and bowed.

" oh my gosh, I'm so sorry for yelling at you pleade don't hurt me i swear i didn't mean to snap i was just taken back from the touch please don't actually hurt me i wouldn't do it again do you want me to do something for you? I'll do something for you if you want I'll help you with your assignments I'll- " he rambled on, but a gentle voice interrupted him.

" hey, it's okay " , tsukishima comforted, well more like tried to. he's not really good at social interactions and has always been mean to others but he knew being mean wouldn't do anything good for the both of them.

he slowly reached out the the bowed-down green-haired boy.

" can you please calm down for a moment first? " tsukki continued.
