The school is now filled with students as we arrived. Some were so busy laughing with friends and other girls naughtily flirting with boys. A typical high school life scene. These were the things that put me a sour face.

But today, it's different. I even bothered to stop and stared at a petite brunette girl sitting cross legged on the campus front stairs while a boy is busy rubbing her now exposed thighs.

"Jesus! Is that what they learned in this school?" My mother gasps in complete horror. I didnt noticed her bewilderd look glaring at the girl when she looked at me shaking her head. She then stared at me as if Im the one on the girl's place.

"What mom..?" I blurted. Unable to believe what my mother was thinking.

"Nothing. Come on. We have to go. I just can't imagine you were the one on her shoes.." She then quickly grab my head and pulled me away from the two alien creatures on my her eyes.

I let out a soft laugh at her absurd idea. "I really can't be on her shoes mom. She's wearin' heals and you know I'd never wear them..!" I cover my mouth just in case they can still hear us.

"Then you'd better not be. For heaven's sake this is a school and not a night club! That lustful teenagers..!" She exclaimed.

My mother quickly glanced at our back. Obviously letting them know how gross they are.

As we made the turn towards the principals office, I saw Miley. One of my closest friends.

She was about to give me a huge bear hug when she saw who I am with. My mother walks with her head high. She wore her infamous "chin up, breast out-stomache in" way of brisk walking. And I cant help but cover my face in embarassment as I watch Miley forcing to stop her bursting laughter. She instantly turns away when my mother stops and glared at her.

"H..hi Mrs. Smith..Good to see you..!" I heard my friend's jittery voice. She look up at me as if asking for help.

"Oh, hello Miley..!" My mothers voice is like an irritating sound to my ear.

"Where you heading at, maam?"

Curiousity kills the cat. I eyed my friend silently. Letting her know to shut up. And Im glad she understood and immediately got her bag and began striding away from us. Just before my mother could even react.

"I'll be at the cafeteria, Jenny! Just in case you wanna follow.." She told me, enough to be heard. And with a swift motion she's gone in sight.

My mother began to walk again that the heel of her shoes left unnerving sounds on the thick tiled floor. She had her hair piled up high and twisted in a french knot style. Red lipstick evident on her plump lips. She is the epitome of beauty. And my sister Janice got her style.

The students on the hallway can't help but glance as we made our way towards the back office. And seeing that, my mother lifted up her head higher as if warning the students prying eyes to back off.

I walk slowly with my head slightly bowed. My mother is trully a head turner. And I am her greatest opposite. I don't wear make up and I don't have the pale blue eyes as hers. My eyes were a set of blue green just like the sea. Though, I got her blondy hair and her flawless tanned skin, I still don't think its enough to look like her.
