JEN'S P.O.V.

The cold breeze gently caressed my cheeks as my soft blonde hair swayed in sideward motion. The moist from the distant trees gave a little soothing effect.

We were sitted across each other on an old mahogany round table. His feet settled comfortably on the railing as his back layed on the chair. He held a can of beer on the right hand while his left one placed on under his head to served as an instant pillow. His gaze was focused upward. Like he's on a stargazing position.

We were right in the middle of his balcony. Where I could visibly viewed the frosty surroundings from my location through a lamp post scattered on the steeled fence.

And I just sat there, both hands on my lap as if it's the safest place for them. Though, I don't considered sitting in a cold winter night on a balcony as great danger. But sitting with a stranger inside his own house was not safe either.

My mind told me to speak to him about going home but I don't wanna' spoil the moment. This moment. It's his birthday and of all the people he knew, he chose to spent it with me. And I must be grateful enough that there's still a guy who wants my company even it means sitting under a frozen open space. Not in a sexual way.

He seemed so relaxed and his eyes were closed. Though I know he's awake.

"Are you...cold?" Deep and raspy voice was what I heard on this silent night. His eyes were still closed. Not minding tiny snow dropping now on his face.

"N..no. I mean, just a little.." I whisperd slowly. Not wanting him to opened his eyes. He looked so...adorable laying on under this wintery night.

"Do you want to...come inside?"

"No. It's okay. I like it here.." I said, with a smile. Even if he's not looking at me.

"Can we stay a little bit longer? I just missed having company. Even if the said company is a mute.." He chuckled. And his laughter seems like a melody to the stilled night.

"Y..yeah sure. But can I ask you something?" I softly said that brought his eyes to snapped open.

I felt conscious under his broad eyes. That I quickly look away from him.

I cleared my throat before I turned my way and set my eyes on his lush green ones that was made even greener by the light post outside.

"W...why me?" I questioned.

"I mean..we're not that close, you know. And our meetings didn't go well. I was just confused-"

"Because you were the safest person to know the real me." He finished it up for me.

"Is that an insult or a compliment?"

"You can take what you want.."

I just stared mightily at him. With confused eyes. The chilly night became sweltered due to the pressure I felt inside.I don't want to think that he's just using me for his personal issues.

"What do you mean by that?" I snapped at him.

"Forget it, Jenny.." He stood up and walked inside the house.

My heart was swelling from disappointments. How dare he left me hanging with a bugging mind? I could never understand him. Nor his point. Why can't he just say it?

"Is standing out there, cold and freezing under a winter night was really your habit?" He yelled at the door. Arms crossed on his chest.

I hurriedly walked towards him fuming with ranged. When I passed him at the door, I gave him an austere look. But he just smirked. The nerve of this guy!

"I can take you home now. But we can stay here if you want.." His tone was playful as he followed me at my back.

"Of course, I wanna go home. I've been meaning to tell you earlier when we're at the balcony. But I just stopped myself. I don't want to spoil your star gazing." I said with sarcasm clear in my voice. Turn the tables!

"You caught me in there, you silly!" He laughed. Shoulders moving on in an upside down movement.

My lips instantly curved up into a smile. And I quickly looked away to hid it from his eyes.

He move a step closer towards me, two feet away, That I smelled his minty shampoo from his hair. I caught off guard. Not knowing what to do. My instincts told me to backed away as my feet immediately followed.

"M..mark, what are you..doing?" I whimpered lowly. Eyes staring down ward.

"Are you afraid of me, Jenny? I'm not gonna bite you.." He murmured still striding his steps closer.

"I..I'm not! I'm just-"

"Nervous?"

My back hits the wall. So cold on my now burning skin.

"P..please...stop.." It doesn't sounded like an order.

I was left with no choice but to gaze up at him. Though I already know Im tall for a usual girl of my age, his height still intimidates me.

"Then push me now if you want me to stop." He said. His mouth was few inches away from mine that I could smell the hint of beer from his breathing.

My mouth felt dry. And my hands won't function. Maybe because my brain was just so numb to send the message.

"You are so extraordinary, Jenny. Do you know that?" He whisperd softly. Too soft and sexy that I winced from the intense impact.

"I.."

"You don't have to say anything, love. I can see it in your eyes." He smirked.

"I can see what's in there. Those sexy blue eyes haunting me at night.. The lips so soft as if inviting me to taste them-" He murmured through my ears.

I felt a tingling sensation from deep inside. Weird emotions I never felt before rushing back and forth on my nerves sending me uneasy feelings. My lips grew stiff and my tongue immediately moved to wet it.

I heard him groaned. Loud enough for me to hear. And his burning eyes staring at me seems on fire.

"Oh, those lips. I've been meaning to wet them with my own tongue." His breath was hoarse like he's having throat problems.

I swallowed hard. And I'm literally gasping for air. This feeling was so alien to me. And I don't know how to react.
