Creeping in the shadows was a reptile. What kind? Don't know. How it got there? Don't know either. I kept on sludging through the muddy ground until, I saw a light. I tried to quickly drag my feet towards the opening, but I was still in a sticky situation. I had to go slowly.

When I had finally reached the opening, I saw two things. A hut, and- wait a minute, what!? It is impossible for mythical creatures to exist! Everyone knows that, they are mythical after all. Then why is a shiny, blue dragon standing right in front of my eyes? Maybe I'm just imagining things. I blink once, twice, three times. The dragon still stood there.

"Welcome to your new home, master!"

I jumped back. A sweet voice suddenly rung in my head.

"You heard the voice of the Blue Heart, the dragons' most sacred treasure. A new master only comes in each millennia- What are masters, you ask? Well, masters help guide the dragons. In exchange, we help the master live a whole millennia with us!" The dragon announced.

I stared at the dragon. The only reason why I ended up here was because I was tempted to explore the forest, and I stumbled upon this place. I never intended to come here! I didn't want to disappoint the dragon, so I decided to keep quiet and play along.

Outside the hut stood a sign.

Blue Heart's hut.

The hut was plain, yet it succeeded to astonish me. I seized the chance to explore and went inside the mysterious hut. I tiptoed around the little room, careful as to not disturb anything. I then came cross a treasure chest. It was relatively small with tiny little gems embedded around it. What caught my eye the most was the giant peacock feather sitting atop the chest. The treasure box was a wonder- a very tempting thing to open. I rubbed my hand against the velvety soft box, when the dragon named 'Crystal' called me in a melodious manner. I rushed to the door and crept outside.

"Master! There you are. Meet the other dragons. First, the elders!" Crystal sang.

I went to the elders, who seemed to read my mind.

"Don't worry, human child. You were not tempted by the forest. You were tempted by the Blue Heart. You are properly a master."

After the elders said that, they secretly pulled me in, and whispered.

"That hut you went in? That hut does not contain the Blue Heart. It's actually a real dragon's heart. A blue dragon that sung when it speaks' heart."

As they spoke of the dragon, a special blue dragon that sung as she spoke came to mind. Crystal! The elders told me no more and let me meet the other dragons. None of the other dragons had the patience, care and compassion Crystal had. Crystal helped them bond together. That was probably what the Blue Heart helped develop.

I visited the elders daily. On one visit, I asked what was inside the treasure chest. If not the Blue Heart, what could it be? The elders did not answer, but instead wrote a note.

The master's sword. The dragons believe it to be the Blue Heart.

I nodded my head cautiously and started heading back to Crystal when I heard,

"Elders! Bad news! The Blue Heart is about to be stolen! Come quick!" the panicked Olswaltt squealed.

I raced toward the crime scene with the elders following behind. The first thing I took note of was that the treasure chest had been opened. The second thing was that the sword was still there. Only the lock and key had disappeared. I then spotted the thief. I grabbed the sword and ran as fast as my human legs could carry me. Instead of slaying the dragon thief, I cut its mask and clothes into pieces. While the dragon was paralyzed in shock, I swiftly grabbed the key and lock. I put all three items back where they belonged, with the treasure chest.
