"Wheeeee!" I exclaimed as I swooped through the air. "This is so much fun!"

I had caught up with the Dragon city. They had peace and harmony as they realised fighting was not the way to get what they wanted.

The very next day, chaos struck. While I was trying to calm the dragons, I caught a glimpse of something. Immediately, I understood. So did the elders and Crystal. We all started to panic. A large figure, as large as the biggest dragons, and a dark hood embroidered with the shiniest of gold thread. It was the witch. The witch, of Anastia. I hardly believed my own eyes. She was revered throughout Dragon city as the witch who cursed the dragons to extinction. It was with the help of some blue heart bearers and a master that the curse had dissipated.

"OHOHOHOHO!! I am the witch of Anastia!" she announced with her loud. booming voice. "I have come to announce I will put a curse on all of you!"

Was this revenge? It was not only the dragons that would be cursed, it would also affect me and the blue heart bearers.

"It will be a curse... OF DEATH!!"

I asked the elders what to do, to which they responded,

"This has happened before in ancient history. The master was going to die in three days, but then the legendary dragon god had defeated the witch, or so they said."

"The God seemed to appear out of nowhere, bringing us the robe of the witch."

"I believe the God had a size that seemed to rival the witch, and shiny golden scales. At some times, there seemed to be dark green scales hidden beneath."

"Those scales were so similar..."

"Similar to who?"

"Oh. Emerald, Crystal's father. He has been missing for quite a while. Never mind that. What else do you need?"

"Do you know if you summoned the God?" I asked.

"We do not think so. Even if we did, we have no idea what triggered it."

"Thank you anyway."

Today seemed to be just a warning.

The witch started talking again.

"I will be back in three days to check that you all have died!! Remember that!!!"

Her cackle echoed throughout the city, and with a puff of smoke, the witch disappeared.

I quickly headed straight to Crystal's cave and noticed her holding a map.

"Where did this come from?"

"Oh, my ancestors picked this up from the first visit of the witch and they passed it down to me. I found it while looking through my treasure chest."

I studied the map. It seemed to be a path leading to the witch's castle. I flipped the map around and found writing.

Transformation spell.
Within your heart lies the answer to the key, due to the word of the world will become what you want as you have come to me.

It was nonsense, but I was curious.

"Hey Crystal! Why don't we go on an adventure?"

"Adventure?"

"Yeah! Let's go to the witch's castle and thwart her plans!"

"Are you sure the witch is female," Crystal mumbled.
