OCTOBER/HALLOWEEN - (Y/n) POV

"Well, now what?" Iwaizumi asked with a mouthful of food.

Matsukawa, Oikawa, Hanamaki, Iwaizumi, and I were all planning to go to a classmate's house party tonight--and get krunk as fuck with Iwa as our DD--so we all went to Matsun's house beforehand around 7pm to get ready together

Unfortunately, 5 minutes before we were about to head out, around 8:30pm, they posted on a private snapchat story that their basement flooded and that the party had to be cancelled. 

In mourning of the party, the 5 of us went to McDonalds to grab some burgers and figure out how to spend our Friday night. 

We all crammed into Iwa's car. 

With Iwa as the driver and Makki in shotgun, Matsun, Oikawa, and I were stuffed in the back row. Inside McDunks, we all ordered and sat down at a circular booth. 

"I don't really care," Makki spoke as he picked the pickles out of his burger and gave them to Oikawa who happily received them before continuing, "Oh wait, did I tell you guys about my english class?"

All our heads perked up. 

"No?" Iwa answered with curiosity, raising an eyebrow.

Makki dropped his head to the table as he grinned, "Okay so, It was really weird. We were all just hanging out, doing our thing because we had work time and all, but then someone's car alarm started going off in the parking lot-"

"-Yeah, I heard that car alarm too in my physics class! It was on for a long time," Matsun pipped in.

Makki nodded. "Yeah that was it. So after a while, we all got up to see who's car it was, and then this one dude was like 'oh damn. that's my car.' so our teacher let him leave to go turn it off. But, when he got to his car, and turned off the alarm, he just drove out of the parking lot and left!" He scoffed.

Oikawa raised an eyebrow. "What do you mean by 'this one dude'? Makki, you are that one dude."

"WHAT!" I flared, and all the boys turned to me. I stole the french fry out of Makki's hand as I glared at him, whilst pointing the french fry at him, "That random car you told me to set off was yours?! I though I was just pranking someone, not helping you ditch school!"

"You ditched school?" Iwaizumi started.

"Without me?!" Matsun said as he set down his burger, enraged.

"It was a last-minute impulse. Had to be done," Makki rolled his eyes, standing up as well and backing away. "what do you want me to do? stay in school?"

"YES." the rest of us groaned in unison.

Makki scoffed, "Damn. All this hate going on right here," he motioned to all of us with his hands, "is giving me a bowl movement. So if you would excuse me, ill be back." Just as he said, Makki sat up and left our table, and we watched as his salmon hair disappeared around the corner towards the restroom sign. As we turned our heads back to our table, we shared a laugh about Makki's antics and Oikawa shifted his arm to rest around my middle as he was sitting next to me. 

Oikawa had been pretty quiet all evening, so once I felt his arm moving around me, I looked to his face to see if he was mad, tired, or happy and just not in a talkative mood. Oikawa eagerly met my eyes.
