JESSICA AND JACK Harkness were simple conmen from the 51st century. They travelled through time and space, deceiving person after person because they were bloody good at it - and the pay wasn't bad either. It's not their fault people were so gullible and easy to fool. And then one day, in WWII, they tried to con a blonde girl who clearly wasn't from that time and her partner, who was much smarter than he looked, despite his big ears. They tagged along, going on exciting adventures with the strange duo and it was fun while it lasted. However, not every story has a happy ending, especially when you're a companion to the Doctor. But as they say, when one story ends, another begins.
