*Hiccups P.O.V
Jack's body heat felt amazing. I missed his smell, his touch, skin and especially him. He was back with me, back into my arms and I coldnt be happier. His skin was pale and smooth as ever. I couldnt stop touching his shirtless back. My fingers gliding over old scars that Pitch had caused him years ago. jack pulled his face back and I saw his puffy blue eyes staring down at me. I smiled, moving his hair out of his face, right before heplanted a kiss on my lips. I welcomed it.
"I missed this," He whisperd in between the kiss.
"Agreed," I chuckled. "You know what this calls for?" I leaned forward, closer to his ear. "A date in bed after we get this war done."
"Getting bold are we?" Jack chuckled, untangling our legs and sitting up.
"Seems I am,"
"Well this new Hiccup I like a lot," Jack kissed me once again before standing up. He lifted his staff from off the ground and I watched in awe as swirls of ice surrounded him, healing his wounds. The moonlight making it sparkle like a beautiful fallen snowflake in the sun. His shirtless body made me want to literally kiss his stomach up and down. But I restrained myself as the cuts sealed up, making a noise that was unpleasant like a thousand spiders, but he just sat there and flinched. I wonder if it would hurt him, being healed like this.
"Alright, I'm all patched up, now let's go help Berk outsi..." His voice faltered as if realizing a specific detail. His eyebrows dropped into a line of worry and I probably looked really confused.
"What?" I demanded.
"Hiccup..." he looked at a hole in the wall and everything seemed to drain from him. "...you know your mother probably won't be able to see you." He whispered.
"What do you mean of course she will," I said. She has to... I'm her son.
He grabbed his arm as the other hung there with the staff. "No, Hiccup... She can't see you because you are a spirit. Us spirits can't be seen unless someone believes in you. I went 300 years without a single person knowing me." He said.
My heart drained of all its power. So I can't be seen by my mom, or Astrid? What about my town?
"How's that possible? How do I even know if I am like you? I don't have powers or anything like that." I ranted, pacing the ground.
"Hey, hey, hey, Hiccup." Jack said really fast, grabbing my chin. "Its okay, no matter what happens, you will get through this-" he kissed my forehead. "We'll get through this, okay?"
I seemed to calm down a bit, knowing I had Jack watching over me. I held his hand tight. "Shall we go kick Pitches ass?" I asked.
"Hell yeah," he shot up and ran towards the hole. I watched as his body spiked with energy. No matter how much I was afraid of this new life, I still had him to look forward to.
