Luke's POV

I looked over to Nezbit who rubbed her eye with her hand. She must've been tired, it is eleven after all.

The three of us were all in the living room watching the telly in the dark. It wouldn't surprise me if this was something Michael did all the time.

"You want to go to bed?" I asked Nezbit quietly.

She nodded as she stood to her feet. I mocked her action, standing to my own feet. I was just about to speak to Michael and tell him we were off to bed, but he spoke before me.

"Actually, Nezbit, I was hoping I could talk with Luke alone."

I furrowed my eyebrows when Nezbit carelessly shrugged her shoulders, then continued to her way to the bedroom.

I sat back on the couch, and he smiled as he watched her walk down the hallway to the room. He was acting weird.

As soon as you heard the bedroom door close, he dramatically turned his attention to me. My eyes widened while he creepily stared at me. I scooted over on the couch little to further the distance between us. "What?" I finally asked.

"You." He said shaking his head, yet he still had the smile glued to his face.

"What did I do?" I asked, totally confused.

"You like her!" He snickered.

I let out a sigh of annoyance and rolled my eyes, I had this exact conversation with with Zayn, just the night before. "Yeah, so what." I shrugged.

"Well that was easier than I thought. I thought I'd have to beat it out of you." He said amusing himself. "You're so careless about it, anyone could see it."

"No they couldn't!" I defended myself.

"Oh, no?" He chuckled. "Don't throw the egg at her! Slit my throat, but God forbid throwing the damn egg at her!" He mocked me.

"I was not that dramatic." I scoffed. "She's a little girl, alright? I just didn't want you to hurt her."

"So you admit it!" He said pointing at me, "She's as high as a grasshopper and you're attracted to her!"

I clenched my jaw. I had to mentally convince myself not to yell at him, because if I did, it would have been likely that Nezbit would get up. If she weren't there, I would have, although if she weren't there, Michael and I probably wouldn't have even had the conversation.

"She doesn't like to be called that." Is all I said.

Michael stared at me with a grin of amusement. "So you've even called her it? You've brought it to even her attention that she is young?"

I took a deep breath, then released it. "I have, Michael. I have."

"I'll be able to blackmail you for life!"

I immediately become uncomfortable. I felt my eyes widen as I looked at him. "I haven't even done anything with her!"

"You've slept in the same bed as her." He pointed out.

"Michael!"

"Relax!" He chuckled, "I'm only pulling your leg."

"Well don't, dipstick!" I huffed.

"How did that even happen?" He asked.

I felt ashamed to even think about it. How did I come to have feelings for such a young girl? I haven't had feelings for anyone my whole life, and it ended up to be her? I mean, my personality, and this situation, it just doesn't add up.
