Luke's POV
I sighed as I paced back and forth in the computer room, thinking of how to reply.
What should I say, what would I say?
When the right idea popped in my mind, I sat at the desk once more.
“I'll get the authorities involved." I typed, “You've admitted to all your crimes, here on this messenger."
I anxiously waited for a reply. My heart skipped a beat when the light gray letters said he was replying.
“Oh Luke, you make me laugh. You see, you kidnapped the girl. But go ahead, do as you please, we might be cellmates."
“Fuck!" I said out loud.
“Are you okay?" Nezbit's voice said from the door.
I quickly exited out of Facebook. “Damn it Nezbit!" I huffed, “What have I said about my personal space?"
“I'm sorry!" She said rolling her eyes, “I'm bored and you sounded stressed."
I sighed, rubbing my temple.
I am stressed.
“I'm sorry Nezzy. I am stressed, I don't mean to hurt your feelings." I sighed, “What do you want to go do? What ever you want, we can do it."
“No," she said, “I don't want to be your nagging wife who makes you do things."
She walked out the room, but as always, I followed behind, and stopped her. “Nez, obviously, you're not my nagging wife. I'm the wife remember?"
She rolled her eyes, but there was a smile tempting her lips.
“You can be my nagging husband."
She was now smiling and looking away.
“I can change my name to Muriel, we can get a dog, name him Courage, and we can move into the middle of nowhe-"
“Oh my goodness no! That is the scariest show ever!" She gasped.
I chuckled with a nod. That really was the strangest show I've ever watched. So strange, I'm not sure if I'll ever have bravery to ever watch it again.
I smiled down at her, then sighed, “Anything you want Nezbit, what do you want to do?"
She shook her head, “Nothing, really."
I sighed, “Then let's just hang out."

Nezbit's POV
We were sitting in the living room. He laid on the couch and I sat at the bottom of his feet.
“Wow, I sound stupid don't I?" I asked, adding a chuckle.
He shrugged.
I sighed, “Oh no. I do. How was I so dumb not to see that clearly wasn't Liam. I wasn't using my head. What if you wouldn't have thought to come out-"
“Nezbit." Luke interrupted my rambling, “You're not stupid. Alright?"
“Then how come you didn't say so?"
“Nez," he sighed, “I just don't like talking about it. You're my responsibility, and you could have gotten hurt."
“Its not your fault that-"
“Nezbit," he warned, “I don't want to talk about it."
“I just want you to know it wasn't your fault."
He stared up at me while he laid on the couch silently. “What else, other than that, is on your mind?"
I pursued my lips to the side and looking away.
There was one other thing on my mind, but, did I really want to go that far?
He sat up, gently brushing his fingers on my arm. “Tell me."
“Well..." I said quietly.
He gave me an encouraging nod.
“Don't answer if you don't want." I said.
He agreed, “Alright."
“Molly... what was she like?"
He barely smiled, and looked away. There was joy in his eye as he spoke of her, “Free spirit like me. She was always ready to do what ever I wanted. She protected me throughout the night, like I do for you."
“Is that why you hardly sleep?"
“Well I've always been a light sleeper, but since you came around, I am more aware." He nodded.
“Sorry." I mumbled.
“Don't be," the smile had yet to leave his face, “I enjoy it."
I figeted with my fingers. It was silent other than the sound of the both of us breathing. It was like that for a while until the heat kicked on and I spoke once more, “How did she, check out?"
He sighed, “Hit by a truck. Drunk driver actually."
“I'm so sorry Luke."
He wavered his hand, shrugging. “She was getting old anyway."
“How old was she?"
His voice was quiet, “Around eleven."
I furrowed my eyebrows, “If you think eleven is old, you must be ancient!"
He stared at me for a moment with an expression of disbelief, then started to laugh, “Wait, you think Molly was a girl?"
I scooted back from him, feeling uncomfortable.
“Molly was a dog!"
My mouth dropped. “Are you kidding me?!" I stood to my feet. “A dog?! I thought those people from the fair were people back for your newest Molly or something!"
He continued to chuckle, biting his lip. “I'm sorry, I guess I never clarified."
“Uh, no!"
He chuckled letting his laughter occupied the room.
I kind of jumped when a tall Liam entered the living room, looking at the both of us. “What's so funny?"
Luke laughed harder, “Guess what Nezbit thought about Molly."
