Flashback...

Mr Louis comes back from work looking lost in his thoughts, he paces the room to and fro with his hair a bit disheveled, he tucks his hand in his pocket and purses his lips with his brow furrowed,

How could it be that he got another woman impregnated, he loves his wife so much and his six months old baby means so much to him.

He can't even recall having any kind of intimacy with this woman who happens to be his assistant, he could only recall them having a conversation during an end of year party which he made his staff organize, he also recall that she handed a soft drink to him cause she knows he detest anything alcohol.

How did all this happen, he remembers waking up the next day by his wife and ever since then she has been somewhat cold towards him.

Today he was all furious when Melissa his assistant broke it out to him that she is pregnant for him, he demanded that he is not accepting this until a DNA is performed on the child to prove that it's his, she only smirked and left the office looking victorious.

He doesn't want anything to destroy his marriage as he finds his marriage life smooth and peaceful.

"What's up with you, why that expression on your face like you've got something stuck in your ass", his wife asks coldly as soon as she enters the room.She walks towards a stack of newspapers and sits in the sofa .

"Hey baby,it's work and nothing else", he tries to draw close to her but she shoves the paper in his face and he stumbles back confused.

"Why are you being like this??", he asks at the verge of tears

"You want to know right, read the damn paper ", she says and crosses her arms waiting for his reaction.

"Another heir for Loius in just six months,who's this mysterious second lady??"

His hands trembled dropping the newspaper in the process, he just can't afford to lose his wife cause of this, he loves her so much and his son is the best treasure he has ever seen how's he going to handle this,

"i swear I..i..

"Just shut it, I knew it all,you didn't consider your six months old son even ", she says and storms out of the room.

How the media got this information he has no idea.

So then it happened, Mr Lious and his wife divorced exactly when their son was two years old cause their marriage wasn't working, five years later his cumning assistant dominated his home without his permission with his second son blackmailing him from time to time about the company's secret which she knows and could reveal aside that his first son, Philip could be in danger.

Three years later Mr.Lious suffered a heart attack leaving his son Philip and his half brother and step mother.

Mr Lious willed all his property to his ex wife and son giving just a small portion to second son,which striked hatred in his assistant and from there she has maltreated Philip and doesn't care what extreme she would go to get all the property willed to him.

"ugh, my head hurts and my throat is dry", I heard him say and spring out of the sofa to get him water .

"Thanks,for how long have you been here??"He says with his voice croaking.

"As long as you have been asleep I came here purposely for something and already we are far behind time, we have just one hour execute whatever plans we would take unfortunately you can't remember a thing but I have hope that we can do this ", I said in a rush.

I saw his brows furrow in confusion and I knew it's going to be hard to do this but he's the only person who can do this at the moment.

"See we have less time and I could only briefly explain things to you, you only need to follow the rules of the game ok", I said with my heart pounding fast in my chest.

I looked on the screen on my phone and two minutes has already gone by, my hands tremble as I touch his trying to caress them to make him feel calm at least whilst I felt the opposite.

"philip, I have told you a lot about yourself and right now in an hours time your half brother is going to take over what belongs to you and you would be left with nothing, he has in his possession fake documents to the company and properties which are in his name"I said trying to make him understand .

He shook his head gently with tears dropping from his eyes, I reach out quickly and wipe them rubbing his arms gently.

"i can't...

"Yes you can ", I said half yelling.

He shakes his head again and looks away, I reach out for his chin and force him to look at me ,

"Get that damn fear out of you,this is yours and you have fight for it whether you remember a thing or not ", I said softly.

I saw something spark in his eyes and he smiled a little before resuming a serious stance looking at me as he spoke,

"I would do this ", he said and I hugged him tightly happy to hear that he is willing to fight what is his, we only need to go through some few things as I have got most of the things well taken care of already.

"Lemme go find you something to eat", I said standing to my feet he held my wrist pushing me down to sit.

"I am sorry about your loss, I learnt you lost a friend ", he says and I nodded tucking hair behind my hair

"Jane,thanks so much for everything ", he says and I find him looking at my lips he licks his and looks away when he realized I was watching him.

I stood and walked briskly out of the ward cause I feared he would hear my beating heart.
