I just always to do this for my own(hopefully) manipulation and if not then my version.
Atomic energy/ flame manipulation is similar to godzilla's atomic breath and nuclear pulse. It's on a higher level that destroy an omniverse and the box(depending on how powerful the user is). It be use as energy or flames.
The former users were Ema and Ashrah, Ema had transfer her to her little brother, Maurice while Ashrah had went away.
The current user is Maurice.
Carrie is the one who created it and use to destroy many omniverse and beings in one-shot(it's her not the thing itself)
