First of all I want to thank all my readers! I love all you guys. I want to dedicate this chapter to oliviaesor for being awesome and helping me.

Days pass, then weeks, then months and now it's in the dead of winter. Snow falls covering the usually green grass with a tremendous blanket of cold white snow.

"Come on, just for a little while?" Cole begs in a whiny tone.

"No," I groan. "I already told you that I don't like cold or snow."

"Come on. Don't be such a whimp." I knew what he was trying to do. He was trying to bait me to go outside. Well, I was not going to fall for it.

"Please," he insists, whining like a child. I shake my head no and the frowns. "You're no fun."

"I'm fun," I argue. "I just don't want to go outside and play in the snow. Anyway isn't that kind of immature and juvenile."

"What are you? Forty? Why do you have to be such a party pooper, a grinch, an evil villain, a-"

"Fine. I'll go. Just shut up." He smiles a toothy grin.

"Yay," he exclaims.

I quickly put on my heavy coat, gloves, and a warm yellow scarf. I meet Cole by the front door. He's wearing a large black coat and gray gloves.

When I saunter down the stairs, taking my time, he grabs my arm and yanks me outside.

The snow is beautiful even though it is super cold. I stand on the porch admiring the view just as something hits me in the arm.

I snap my head around to see Cole smiling, a large snowball in his hand. He chunks the other one at me and it hits me in the side.

"That's it," I yell. "You're gonna regret that!"

I rush toward him, scooping some snow in my hand and pack it together making a snowball. He bolts away, leaving footprints in the perfect snow.

I rush at him and throw the snowball in my hand. It hits his cheek and I smirk, "Gotcha."

We exchange throwing snowballs at each other. I manage to dodge most off them, but one of them hits me in the side and I yelp. I throw the perfectly round snowball in my hand at him and it hits him in the head and I erupt into a chorus of laughter.

"You didn't just do that," he threatens in a teasing voice and I giggle.

"Oh yes I did," I mock.

"You're gonna get it now," he says. He starts running at me and I drop the other snow ball in my hand and take off into a sprint.

He chases me for a little while, but ultimately he's faster and he catches up to me. He tries pushing me down but fails, making us both tumble into the cold snow. By the end, we are both laughing hysterically.

We stay outside for a little while longer, but then I start to feel like I'm going to freeze and die of hypothermia so we go back inside, Cole trailing behind me like a puppy that wants a treat.

"See that wasn't so bad," Cole exclaims while he takes off his coat and gloves.

"I guess not," I shrug, even though I actually had a really good time.

"You're lying. You loved it," he smiles, hanging his coat on the rack.

"Yeah it was okay," I emphasize the last word and he rolls his eyes.

"You're so stubborn," he states. "Just admit that you had a good time. Just say the words. It's not going to be that bad. Just say that you had a good time."

"Okay," I roll my eyes. "You had a good time." I smile at my action and he lets out a sigh.

"I didn't mean that," he murmurs and I laugh.

"Well you said to say you had a good time and I said it," I grin.

"Whatever. You're so stubborn," he comments, shaking his head in a playful way.

"Yeah and that's why you like me," I tease.

"Maybe," he says, a small grin at the corners of his mouth. "So whatcha wanna do now?"

"Um..." I exclaim and then I smile. "Anything warm." I pause for a little while, thinking of all the things that we could do. "We could watch a movie," I suggest.

"Sure. As long as it isn't a chikflic." He sticks his tongue out and makes a disgusted face, causing me to start laughing.

"Fine," I give in. "Let's watch that new movie. What's it called?" I search my mind for the answer. "The Maze Runner. Let's watch that. I've been wanting to see it for a long time."

"Okay," Cole says. "Media room?"

Since he's been living with us, he's really grown attached to the room. He's constantly in it watching action movies.

"Sure," I reply. "Let's go."
