Bad was still skyrocketing downwards, completely out of control. "SAPNAP!" He yelled as they where a heartbeat away from the hissing lava. He closed his eyes and prayed that they would be safe.

...

"Bad, you can open your eyes now." A too familar voice whispered. Bad shot his eyes open. He scanned the area, they where sitting behind many cargo boxes and creates. They where leaning against a light cobble wall. The hiding spot was dark with almost dead silence. He and Sapnap transformed back into human form. "What the muffin was that!" Bad whined. Sapnap was the slightest bit suprised. "Um. I thought you knew how to enter The Volcano Kingdom?" He replied with a hint of confusion in his voice. The entrance was the river!? "No I didn't! You scared the life out of me!" He complained. "Shhhhh, keep your voice down." Sapnap whispered, his index finger over his own lips. Bad calmed down. "Where are we?" He whispered as Sapnap peered over a crate to his left. "The Pyro Division." He answered, not looking away from his current task. Bad was left clueless on this mission so he let Sapnap take over. He looked at Sapnap in silence, hoping he would do something soon. He narrowed his eyes and quickly ordered, "C'mon." Sapnap hurtled over the boxes with George somehow in his arms and into a small alleyway a could meters away from the previous hiding area. Bad climbed over the boxes and ran as fast as his legs could carry him. They couldn't be seen by guards or citizens. Bad backed away from the street when he bumped into something soft but firm. He jumped a little on  contact. He bolted around to face...Fushimizu?

"What the f-" "Language." Bad breathed in shock and awe, it was a habit of his. Sapnap's eyes flew wide open. Fushimizu stared back with a similar expression. "Nick...what the heck happened." She uttered under her breath while her face toned down a bit. Fushimizu squinted at the body in Sapnap's arms then her eyes narrowed in horror. "Wait, is that George!?" She yelled. Sapnap's face darkened as he firmly stated, "I don't want to talk about it." Fushimizu was on edge but she looked far more calm. "I...I'm so sorry, I knew he meant a lot to you." She sighed, sorrow slipping into her soft voice. They took a moment of silence for George. "So, why are you guys here?" Fushimizu asked as she was trying to cheer up the mood. "We need to find an ancient library in a volcano." Bad replied. Sapnap simply nodded, his face brightening up a bit. "Ah, The Library of Infinite Knowledge... I thought that place was just a myth." Fushimizu spoke. "It's our only chance at reviving George." Sapnap announced. She nodded in understanding. "First we need to freeze George's body, lucky for us I know exactly where we can do that." Fushimizu smirked. Sapnap smiled back. "Demetria!" They both cheered in unison. Bad was left utterly confused so he awkwardly smiled and shot his fist into the air like the two fire masters in front of him. "Who's Demetria?" He finally asked once the two calmed down. They both turned to face Bad. "She's my good friend and her power is frost." Fushimizu replied. Now Bad understood the situation. "Where is she right now?" Sapnap questioned as he faced the girl. She put her left hand on the back of her head and waved the other as she stated, "I'm not way too sure but I think she's at the Mixed Magic Academy." "Well then, let's get moving." Sapnap ordered as he pushed through Bad and Fushimizu to walk into the darkness of an alleyway system. "Is he always like that?" She whispered with a sly face. "You should know that better than I do." He quietly joked back.

Dream POV

"You heard that George! They're gonna bring you back!" Dream cheered next to his shorter friend. They where in the dark and trashy alleyway, right above the group of living allies but in a frozen like heaven that was still somehow attached to the living world. Dream and George followed Bad and Sapnap around so they could aid their friends and see progress. In the happy moment, Dream noticed George was frowning and slumped over a bit. "What's wrong?" Dream asked, worried for George and curious of why he wasn't celebrating. George stared intently into Dream's masked eyes with a blank expression and stated, "I'll have to live in a world without Dream."

...What?

Dream couldn't believe what he just heard. George, his innocent, smart and amazing friend...didn't want to live again just because he can't see a mentally unstable maniac everyday? He was shocked and lost of words. George stared off to the side with the same blank expression, "I don't to live in a world without Dream by my side," He spoke as nobody was around to hear. "I can't let Dream truly leave the world known as the bad guy of the story." He fell onto the ground and sat, with a sad frown. "I can't...I just can't!" George cried out. Dream tried to process the words as he sat down next to George. "Do you really want to always be by my side?" He softly asked, rubbing his hand up and down his friend's back in an attempted comfort him. George simply nodded his head and looked pleadingly at Dream's face. There was no way Dream could deny a face like that, but if only he could see his eyes. As it felt like George read Dream's mind, he took off his clout goggles and placed them on the side. His eyes where so...beautiful. The chocolate colors and soft hue of brown mixing around the center in breathtaking beauty, full of compassion, love, and bravery. Dream could stare into his deep eyes forever. He felt a hot blush cover his cheeks.
Snap out of it man, you'll freak him out
Dream backed up a little, his face cooling down again. George looked back to the alley in the real world. "Hey Dream, let's make a deal." He proposed. Dream wondered what the deal could be. "Sure." He hesitantly replied. George looked back to Dream and offered, "I'll go back to the real world, only if you promise to come with me."  Dream couldn't promise that. There was no guarantee he could get his body back from the chaos. "I can't promise that George...but I'll try my hardest okay?" He smiled. George's face welled up with emotion as he dove onto Dream and clutched him tightly, burying his head into Dream's chest. He heard a soft okay from George as he wrapped his arms around him. They sat in the comfortable hug for a long time, wishing it could last forever.
