Captain America: The First Avenger ]
So after Steve Rogers got out from the elevator with Hydra, he found a recognizable person, on his way down to the other Avengers. Himself. From back in time.
They got into a fight, because he helt the scepter, with the mind stone, in his hand, and because the other Steve thought that he was a disguised version of Loki.
Suddenly after some time when Steve got hit by a huge punch, the other Steve said:
"I can do this all do", and he replied "Yeah I know"
How could he possibly have known that, you are probably asking. I tell you why, because this has also a longer story.
In the first Captain America movie, you'll see Steve Rogers sit in the cinema, with some other peoples, and suddenly a man yells at the movie. He continues doing that for a wild, and is interrupting the film for the others. Steve meant that it was wrong, so he yelled back at him and told him to shut up.
In the next scene you'll see Steve get his ass kicked by this man in the backyard, and even with sweat and blood all over his face, Steve kept his head up and fighted. The man said:
"You just dont want to give up, do you?", and to that, Steve replied, for the first time: "I can do this all day"
Later in the movie you'll again see his ass getting kicked, but this time by Red Skull, after he captured him. Again Steve said: "I can do this all day", and Red Skull replied: "Of course you can, of course"
Another example is also from a Captain America movie, but this is Civil war.
In the scene, you'll see a huge fight between Steve and Tony, right after Tony found out that Steve's best friend was the murderer of Tonys parents.
The fight kept going in a long time, and Steve got a huge punch from Tony, so he held a break for a second. To that Tony said: "Stay down. Final warning." and Steve replied ones again:
"I can do this all day".
So, as you can see, this quote is like the motivation and foundation of Captain America aka Steve Rogers. For him, this quotes means that he'll always keep fighting and never give up, and that is why it fits so good on him.
