[ Avengers: Endgame x Iron Man 3 ]
After the reverse-snap, when all the Avengers came back for the fight against Thanos, you'll also see a familiar person in an iron-suit appear. Pepper Potts. Which was kinda strange and cool actually, and here's the explanation, why it was so speciel.
Back in Iron Man 3, when Tonys home was attacked by the Mandarin, Tony forced his suit on Pepper via. his technology, so she could help the peoples out of the building. Suddenly a huge part of the house was collapsing on top of Tony, but Pepper hurried back to rescue him from getting killed, still with the suit on.
This is first the reason why, you're seing their daughter Morgan playing with a blue iron-suit, in the beginning of the movie, to which Tony said, that it was an anniversary gift for her mom, and this is also why Peppers character is called Rescue, because she rescued Tony back in the other movie.
