A:  any way yates cell mate killed two day ago I text Kevin and Al to go look.  Yates dose have kid the same age as everly.

A: I'm not say anything but we need to find out who his kid is
E: everly parents die
A: not both that was not her biological dad is was her step she never knew her real dad and she dose not know she adopted

J: I had to walk out of the view room  to get Elijah and calm him    And when I walk back in I saw Yates    Choking Erin I ran into the room but by then erin had blacked out. I got  Yates and cuffed him to the poll and yelled for help

E: no no I'm ok  I say and walk Over to Yates and kick him in the you know where
J: no leave him their I say to Kevin and walk Erin to her desk. Look at me I say as Erin sit in her chair
Al: what happened
J: Yates Choked her she passed out where is hank
H: right her what happed
J: she went to qestion Yeats I was in the viewing room and I had to leave to get Elijah and when I came back Yates was choking her and she passed out her is in the room now
H: al with me We are going for a ride

AN HOUR LATTER:
J: hank had took Yates  for a ride and was back now erin was still looking pale so I walked over to her desk for. Hey you ok
E: um ya I'm ok my neck hurt a little can you get me another ice pack
J: you sure you look light head
E: ya I'm ok I say and get up
J: I'm so sorry I should of not left you in their
E: it ok it not your fault And with that walking I hank office
H: hey kiddo how are you felling
E: ok so he came back and he in the cage
H: Yates ya he being transferred in the morning
H: he should not of left you. You could of die
E: dad come on I'm ok Elijah need one of us
H: the point is he should of never left you if he had to leave he should of Got Kevin or some one else to be in the their watching you or he should of pulled you out he was careless and you could of die Elijah and everly could of lost Their mother do you get that

H: I'm done and tried of him being careless with you I know he loves you and I know he Cares about the kid and loves them  but he dose thing that put your life or the kid life in danger even if he dose not mean to he dose I won't lose you.

E: I look back to see Elijah standing up in the play pen look like he want to cry so I go over and pick Him and start to rock him. Hank we are off
