ERIN: it was about 5:30 in the moring and felt sick so I went to the bathroom to throw up. I've I finshed I went to check on everly she got home from the hospital yesterday and we were bring her to work with us  and platt said she watch her for us I found out Hailey was not being charged witch had me pissed off  knowing that she still out their  but she lost her job and was a longer a cops so  it guess that made me fell a bit better.  Anyway I got up out of bed everly was still sleeping I went to take a shower. While in the shower I felt someone wrap their arm around me so. " you know I like this jay say." What our daughter not being a wake so you think it a good time to play scrabble. " ya I thought so jay say. Oh shut up and kiss me. After mine and jay shower we got off and dressed. It was now about 6:25 and everly was still sleep being home for the hospital and first night back in her own bed did not make for an easy night  so we are not  surprised she is still sleeping so I went up to her room grabed a change of close put her in  some new pjs and put her back in her bed as I finshed packing her bag. " hey you wake her jay say. No I just put some fresh pjs on her I think we should leave her sleep so I packed a close her blanket and pacifier and we should put some baby food in her as well. 

AT THE DISTRICT:

E: she still sleep had a hard first night back at home
P: go I got it go I say and take Everly carrier for Erin

H: hey kiddo jay grate to have you back  but we have a case so let get to work Erin I need you to go to 51  get a statement from Kelly

AT FIRE HOUSE 51:
E: hey Kelly I say as we walk into the squad room to talk. Hey guy I need everyone out her so me and Kelly can talk

Kelly: um so we walked in I announced ourselves We then chased the guy to the end of the hall by them we had put the fire out already he pulled a gun we wrestled for it after I tackled I tried to make him let the gun go he did then he took off to the deck the house was already unstable he fell through mush of hit his head

E: ya
Kelly: come in Er look I still love you ok
E: Kelly back up

Kelly: Erin jay not worthier of you time I am ok I'm sorry I was pushing you before but I don't want you for your body any more I want you for you

Gabby: Erin. You ok I say as I see a tear drop from Erin face

Gabby: Kelly you were holding on to her and I heard Erin tell you to let her go did you hurt her

BACK AT THE DISTRICT:
J: I was working on paperwork as I say Erin come back in and she looked like she had been crying. Hey you ok
E: ya I'm ok
J: hey hey no your not I say and hand everly over to Adam come her

J: what happened
E: Kelly just he grabbed me by my Waste and my arm held me pritty tight he just got a little upset that I was no longer with him it scared me bit. I used to be in this relationship when I was 15 with this guy neame Charlie and hank had no clue he got a little rough would hit me if I made him mad if he wanted to play scrabble that what we did and if I didn't he would hit me kick me until it got hard to hide the bruises and hank saw the bruises all over me and found out it was him I'm sure you can guess what happen to him so when ever someone is rough with me or my body it just freaks me out upset me
J: he put his hand on you
E: jay don't do anything please I'm ok
J: no it not ok at all

J: you want me to tell him or am I going to tell him

J: Kelly grabbed her he bruised her arm

J: Erin I'm at least talking to him you can be their if you Want but I'm going to make sure he understands to never touch you again ever

J: I'm not going to hurt you right now out of respect of the mother of my child but if you ever put your hand on her again l will find you and kill you understand don't you ever grab her again don't even get with in 2 feet of her I will destroy your career
Kelly: dose you dad know about this little talk Or that he knocked you up or that you two are even together
E: I'm no pregnant first second I broke up with you because of the way you acted when I told you their a chance I could be pregnant you told me you didn't have time for a kid that you were a fire fighter and that was your life. You said you didn't have time for a family. Half of the time when you got home and would come over all you wanted to do was sleep with me the thing that hurt the most that is that if i was pregnant you said you couldn't be a father to our baby and that your are sold to fire fighting and nothing else basically saying that if I am I was on my own you were ok with being with me as long I didn't get pregnant and would sleep with you at any time. With jay we took our time and even when he thought I was pregnant he didn't ru- as I was about to to finish my sentence I felt the urge to throw up and felt really sick  and ran to the nearest trash can

Kelly: so you two adopt her look Erin I told you I was sorry for that
E: it been a year I wait a whole years for that apology so thx look I don't love you any more and you know what happened and why I don't like people being rough with my body or

Kelly: whatever Erin and jay her dad will kill you if you get her pregnant so I be careful

K: hey hank um when I went down their Erin had her shirt pulled up and jay had a scared look on her his face I'm taking everly home I know your her dad but go home ask about it tomorrow

E: he got pissed mad at me he had just got out of jail said it was my fault he went to jail it was while the team was looking for you I went on a walk he got a little rough
