Chapter 58

Jungkook's heart began to thump in his chest as he quickly got out of the car. The ravenette immediately tightened the grip on his gun and motioned for the other boy's in his squad to follow him. The boys had just arrived at the apartment building Mark had led them to and to say Jungkook was mad was an understatement. Taehyung was being held in this building against his will and the mafia boss was here to take him home, he didn't care who he had to kill in order to make that happen.

Immediately Hoseok ordered a few of his men to guard the building while Jungkook and his closest men, including Mark, went inside the building. Slowly Jungkook went in first and immediately checked both sides for any enemies. However much to the mafia boss' surprise, there weren't any.

Quiently the ravenette motioned to the others that the coast was clear and as soft as they could everyone entered the building while gripping their guns thigtly in their hands. The moment an enemy would come close to them he would be a dead man, that's for sure.

"Our main priority is Taehyung. He needs to get out of here as soon as possible." Jungkook softly whispered to his squad while a serious look was visible on his face. The boy was determinded to get his baby out of this mess without even a scratch on his face. Anyone who would even dare to touch the boy would surely have to deal with Jungkook.

The mafia boss then motioned for his men to walk towards the stairs quietly and the moment they did an unfamiliar man came into view. Immediately Jungkook raised his gun and shot a bullet through his head before the man even had a chance to react. A loud bang sounded through the whole building and a soft thud soon followed as the lifeless body of the man hit the ground.

Blood began to seep out of the man's wound and before the boys knew it his whole body was surrounded by a puddle of crimson red blood. It was truly a sight which could have come straight out of a horror movie.

Immediately after the man had been shot through his head Jungkook turned around to Jimin and motioned for the blonde to watch his back. Due to the loud bang everyone present in this building now knew that a gun had been fired and within no time there would be enemies everywhere. Jimin was known for his quick reaction skills and thus the boy would be the absolute best to watch their backs. Before someone even had the chance to hit them from behind Jimin would have already sent them straight to hell.

Quickly the team began to ran up the stairs before suddenly the sound of bullets firing sounded through the building. "TAKE COVER!" Jungkook shouted before he began to dart his eyes around, looking for a place to hide. It didn't take long before the boy's eyes fell upon a door and without thinkin twice the ravenette kicked it open before he ran inside, followed by his own men.

A soft sigh left Jungkook's mouth the moment he saw that no one of his team had got hurt and an annoyed look became visible on his face. Sehun's men were preventing him from taking Taehyung into his arms again and that was something the mafia boss truly didn't like. They were more than ready to show these assholes how the job was done and they were confident that it wouldn't take much longer before they could finally bring Taehyung to safety.

Slowly Jungkook began to hold up one finger, followed by another and followed by the last before the ravenette along with his teammates sprung out of his cover before quickly looking around and aiming his gun at the enemies who were standing on a small distance from them. Immediately all three boys began to shoot bullets at Sehun's men non stop and it didn't take long before three lifeless bodies was all that was left of them.

Yoongi quickly turned around and waved at their other team mates to come over and follow them further upstairs towards where Mark had said that Taehyung was probably being held. Until now all Sehun's men had done was slowing down Jungkook and his team and an arrogant smirk began to form onto the mafia boss' face. He knew damn well that the people around him were skilled but to see for himself how much more skilled they were compared to Sehun's men made the ravenette super proud. There was only one person made to lead his father's company and that was him, not Sehun. The fact that all his older brother's men were dying so quickly made that fact even more clear.

Quickly the Jeon team ran up another set of stairs while Jimin was doing an amazing job at having the team's back. By now the blonde had at least shot down five men who had tried to be smart and hit them from behind. Too bad for them that Jimin was a skilled gunman. Anyone who would even try to compete with him would die in an instant.

Jungkook's eyes immediately widened once he was standing in front of the last set of stairs. The ravenette saw a glimpse of Rose's blonde hair disappear behind the door of the apartment on the top level and an evil smirk became visible on the ravenette's face. If his ex fiancé went there then there was a big possibility that Sehun was in that room too and with a little bit of luck, the mafia boss would find Taehyung unharmed behind the door too.

Immediately a nervous feeling began to spread through Jungkook's chest and before his mind could even comprehend what was happening his body had started to move on it's own. There was a possibility his baby wasn't fine and maybe Taehyung needed to go to an hospital as soon as possible. There was no time to lose anymore.

Tonight this whole mess would end and Jungkook was more than ready for it.
