Walking around town was always fun, especially at night when everything is lit up with the lights around us.

This town is beautiful at night and it has the most amazing scenery at a place where there's a lot of walking area, a fountain and you can almost do everything around here.

There's little shops, dessert places, food places, shops that have toys and accessories for tourists.

It's amazing and I love coming here.

Sandra took me out to a movie, then we walked around the park. We went and got some dessert then walked around the town, looking at everything and talking.

But throughout that whole time, I was in my own head. I felt her hand in my hand but it wasn't really there. I heard her voice but it wasn't speaking to me. I saw her looking at me but she was looking past me.

Everything was fading and it was a little scary.

But at the same time, it felt like I was breathing on my own after these last two years.

I think yesterday really opened my eyes and I was ready to leave for good.

Just needed to find a way to do it.

Cause I knew what was about to come when I tried leaving. I just wasn't sure if I was ready for it or not.

Sandra had her arm around my waist as we were walking around town. It was getting later at night, which it was around nine at night and we were walking underneath the street lights.

Looking over at Sandra, my heart ached when I looked at her.

This is why I'm conflicted about leaving. She acts like the perfect person sometimes and all the bad things that we've been through goes away when she's acting like the woman I fell in love with.

It's hard on my heart cause I love her but another part doesn't.

We walked around through town, underneath the lights that were strunged around everywhere up above us. I loved this part of town more than anything cause I enjoyed the lights that were hanging everywhere, which is why it's better at night.

Sandra was leading me everywhere. We stopped at a few shops that were open, looking around at different things they had for sale.

She stopped then pointed at something, which was an ice cream shop then she looked over at me and smiled. "You want some?"

"Sure." I slightly smiled as she released me then walked towards the shop. I sighed then looked down before kicking a rock on the ground then turning around only to run into someone. "Oh gosh, I'm sorry."

She smiles as she looks down at the drink that had spilled on the ground. "It's ok." She looks up at me and smiles. "Hey, Carson."

"Hi, Logan." I slightly smiled. "Sorry about that." I motioned towards her drink that spilled.

"It's ok." She chuckles. "I wasn't watching where I was going anyways." She looks at me and smiles. "What are you doing out here?"

I shrugged. "Just.. walking around with my girlfriend."

She nods then looks around. "Where is she?"

"Went to get ice cream."

"Oh, an ice cream date." She smiles. "Awesome. Well," She sighs. "I better get back to work."

I gave her a confused look. "Where do you work?" I look around before looking back at her.

She smiles then moves the bottom of her jacket before revealing a badge. "I'm undercover."
