I yawned as I had my eyes closed, trying to stand and not fall over. My balance was terrible and I could feel myself wobbling to the side before I stopped myself from falling over completely.
"Carson?" I heard Kendall say which made me hum in response without opening my eyes. "You ok?"
"Tired." I said before scratching my arm.
She chuckles. "I can tell. You haven't opened your eyes once."
"Too tired to."
It was currently five in the morning, which was too early for me to be awake. Kendall called last night and said we were leaving in the morning and whenever she came, we better be ready.
I just didn't realize it was going to be so early.
Kendall was making room in the trunk for our things and I was standing there not doing anything. I rubbed my eyes before slowly opening them and seeing Kendall at the trunk.
I look around and realized that the street lights haven't came on yet, which meant it was too early.
Looking around, I glanced at everything before looking back at Kendall. "Why must we leave this early?"
She looks at me from the back of the car. "I know you haven't visited our parents in a while but it takes almost a whole day to get there."
"Oh yeah." I yawned.
I heard a door shut then looked over to see Logan walking out of the house with another suitcase. I watch as she walked to Kendall, handing her the suitcase as she placed it in the trunk.
"Your girlfriend won't move her ass." Kendall said.
I crossed my arms and stared at her. "Shut up. I'm tired."
Logan walks to me and I smile until she leans over and picks me up. I wrap my arms around her neck and placed my head against her shoulder as she walks back to the car before stopping.
"Whipped and spoiled." Kendall chuckles.
I felt Logan lean over a little before placing me in the back seat of the car. I smile at her before pecking her lips as I lean up towards her. "Thanks."
"I'll get you a pillow and blanket."
Smiling, I leaned back and laid down in the seat. There was a few bags in my way but I made it work as I got comfortable and laid there until Logan got back.
"You're so spoiled." Kendall said, which made me look up at her as she was in the front seat.
"I know." I smiled before closing my eyes again.
After a moment, I heard Logan come back which made me look over to see her handing me a pillow and blanket. I smile as I grab them, placing the pillow behind my head and covering up with the blanket.
Logan started tugging the blanket in, making sure it was on me before smiling at me and patting my leg. She leaned out of the car then shut the door before walking to the back where Kendall was.
I heard the trunk close before seeing them both walk to the front and get in. I smiled before making myself comfortable and shutting my eyes, ready to sleep this trip away.
"Carson?" I opened my eyes and saw Kendall looking at me. "We might all take turns to drive, ok?"
Nodding, I saw Logan looking at me and she smiled. I pulled my hand out from the blanket then held it out to her before she grabs it then looks back at Kendall.
I started drifting off to sleep as the soothing car ride was making me more sleepy. I could feel Logan's thumb rubbing my hand as she was squeezing it every few seconds, which made me smile.
