Sniper Duel

Dream wasn't taking the death well. All the memories they've made over the years. He couldn't believe that he'd never see him again. He wished that he would be able to talk to him one more time. One last chance to fix things, have closure. He was a coward, he knew that. He would rather go into a war then have an emotional conversation. If only he was stronger, if he could deal with confrontation, maybe he could've saved Sapnap.

But enough with the 'should've' he should focus on what he could do now. And that's taking down George. Normally, he'd have some type of mercy with people, but he honestly couldn't care. George killed his best friend. George made a mistake doing that.

Tubbo and Tommy went to Karl's house. They had buried Techno two days ago and wanted to visit him. When Tubbo thought about it, they never brought Karl when they visited Phil. He didn't know why but he planned on including him more. Tommy knocked on Karl's door quite aggressively.

Alex was the one who answered. "Uhh is Karl in there?" Tubbo asked. Alex frowned then nodded leading them to the bed upstairs. Karl lied there but he wasn't asleep. Karl was hyperventilating, Alex said he hadn't been breathing normally for the last 30 minutes, Tubbo sat down on the bed. A big distance from Karl so he wouldn;t scare him. "Karl? Karl could you sit up?" Karl obliged and sat up. He was shaking badly, swaying a bit side to side to try and stop the headache. "Can I get closer to you?" Karl nodded. Tubbo came close enough to rub circles on his back. He led Karl through some breathing techniques he learned when he was younger, luckily they helped. Karl's breathing was back to normal and there was nothing Tubbo could do about the shaking. He asked Alex to bring water and crackers.

Tommy hadn't talked in a while, he didn't want to make things worse than they were. He could tell that Karl had a headache and Tommy tended to talk quite loud. "What did you guys need?" Karl asked, his voice still a bit raspy from lying there for the past couple of hours.

"We were gonna go to the burial site to visit Phil and Techno. We came here to ask if you would like to come." Tubbo responded. It took a while before Karl responded.

"W-when did Phil die?" Karl stuttered out. Tubbo and Tommy shared a look that said 'he didn't know'

"He died a while ago, were you not informed?" Tubbo asked. Karl shook his head in response. Were we really that bad of a family to not inform him that his dad died. Tubbo always wondered why Karl never visited or why he never talked about Phil.

Sapnap opened his eyes to see a white room. It was blinding. Is this what they meant by seeing the light? There was someone at a desk in the corner of the room. They were wearing a hood over their head so you couldn't see their facial features. He walked up the them and they started speaking.

"Okay so we have a speech we have to give to people before they enter, it answers all the common questions. Okay so welcome to the afterlife! If you are wondering how you died, if you press the band on your wrist it will tell you how you died, emotional status when you died, etc." Sapnap looked down to see a black band on his wrist. He didn't want to press it, he knew how he died. He didn't want to acknowledge it. "Okay so you see your friends and family in the computer room if you want to check that out. And it seems like you only know one person in the afterlife at this moment which is Phil if you want to say hi, he's in room 7895 and you are in 7936. Here's your keycard and here is your pass to a lot of things in the afterlife. Now go enjoy your stay." They smiled. Sapnap took the keycard and pass out of their hands before dashing to the computer room. He scanned his pass at the door and bolted towards the nearest computer.

He tried figuring out the computer but it had weird controls. A voice behind him startled him. "You just need to press that icon." Phil spoke behind him. Suddenly both of their wristbands lit up. They looked down and saw the notification reading 'Someone you know has entered the afterlife. Go say hi to Technoblade!' Phil gasped. Phil quickly walked out of the room. Sapnap continued doing what he was doing on the computer.

He clicked the icon that Phil told him to and it said 'Type in the name of who you want to see!' He decided to check on Dream first. How he wished he could talk to him again. Have one normal conversation with him. The screen flashed to see Dream traveling in a boat, right as he pushed on the shore. Sapnap saw the snow, he knew where he was. And he was scared. If Sapnap saw that notification in a few minutes he would lose it.

He switched to watching Karl. He saw him at the cemetery with Wilbur, Tommy and Tubbo. He zoomed in on the grave in front of them. It was labeled with Phil's name. He didn't know that Karl knew who Phil was. He heard two people enter the room. He assumed that it was Techno and Phil and didn't bat an eye. "Wait, are they visiting me?" Phil said. Sapnap nodded as Phil smiled wider.

Karl walked away from Phil's grave and turned Sapnap's. He still couldn't believe that he was dead. Just staring at the grave, Karl heard noises behind a bush. It sounded like a laugh of some sort. Karl was going to check who it was before an arrow launched it's way in Tubbos direction. "Tubbo!" Karl yelled, but he feared he was too late. At the last second someone jumped in front of the boy and took a shot to the head.

Turns out that person was Wilbur. It took Tubbo and Tommy a second to process what's happened but when they do they immediately drop down next to. Tubbo checked his pulse and shook his head. He was gone just like that...
