No one's P.o.v

Another meeting in the forest occurred, (Y/n) sitting under a tree with Ghostbur and Glatt floating up to her and floating around her upside down and right side up. floated in the air next to her. Playing cards, of course, the cards were floating as well.

"You guys know how to play solitary, right? Phil taught me!" Ghostbur exclaims holding his cards.

"Of course/no shit," the two spirits agreed. The deck of cards floated 7 cards into their hands.

"UNO FISH!" (Y/n) slammed down a card on a nonexistent surface. Somehow, it turned into a uno and a go fish card combined.

"DIVORCE PAPERS!" Glatt yelled slamming down the card now transformed into divorce papers on the nonexistent surface.

"What even...?" Ghostbur raised his brow looking at the misshaped game. Looking back and forth at the cards. Ghostbur floated down and his feet hit the ground again. Putting his cards gently in the pile.

"Where are you going?" (Y/n) asks tilting her head.

"Ah, well, I'm going to see Phil!" Ghostbur scratched the back of his neck, nervously.

"What the fuck are you up to?" Glatt asks with arms crossed. The other blue ghost sighed. He turned around to face the two ghosts completely, feeling guilty.

"... I'm leaving to get revived," Ghostbur admits looking down. He rubbed his arm up and down. The other two took a pause to process.

"So your just gonna leave us?" Glatt spits out bitterly. That wasn't what (Y/n) was thinking at all but now that he mentioned it, her mind was racing.

"Revival...?" (Y/n) mumbled with a thumb to her lips.

"I'm not going to leave you! It's just something I've been thinking about for a good while and decided to go through with it. When I'm human I'll still talk to you both!" Ghostbur exclaims with his hands up. He really didn't want to hurt anyone but he was going with his heart.

"Fuckin' leave already, why don't ya?" Glatt groaned and turned away with a beer bottle. Distancing himself and pushing the two other ghosts away. A broken man. (Y/n) floated to Ghostbur and held his hands in between her hands, holding them up close to her chest. (Y/n) gave a bittersweet smile. Though it twinged her heart, she knew it was Ghostbur trying to figure himself out.

"I'd love to see you as a human, go on Ghostbur, do what you think is right. I'll be waiting for you." (Y/n) solemnly settled. He mouthed a thank and wrapped his phantom arms around her. Bringing her into a warm yet calm embrace. After a while, Ghostbur pulled away leaving (Y/n) to await his next embrace when he is alive. With that Ghostbur disappeared in the foresty leaves.

Philza's P.o.v

Ghostbur came to me along with Friend! He has told me how he wanted to be revived before and now we are putting it to play. Now here we are reenacting when Alivebur had blown up L'manburg. For him to be revived he has to remember his past life, things and memories of the past. I was here with Ranboo, Fundy, and Eret.

"Uh, I'm not even sure the button works! ᴳᵉᵗ ᵒᵘᵗ ᵒᶠ ᵗʰᵉ ʷᵃʸ ᶠʳᶦᵉⁿᵈ. I'm not even sure if this button works! I'm not even sure if any of this works, what's the point? There use to be a saying uhh ummm there was a special place, there was not anymore!" Ghostbur ranted recalling some of his past though he was all over the place. I smacked a hand on my mouth to hide my snickers. I walked up with the same sword I had used to kill.
