"Don't you think it's a bit too much for an interview?" You grimaced, brushing your fingers on the dress you wore, "I think I just overdressed."

Luka pulled his head back, his eyebrows knitted close while shaking his head, "No. You look beautiful."

You immediately paused, glancing on the screen of the laptop then on to him before you cocked your brow to his way, "You didn't really have to say that."

He pulled his head back again, only this time, he did it theatrically and making you chuckle, "Why not? You are beautiful so you deserve it."

"Oh, okay. Enough, enough, sugar-ing me too much. But thank you, love."

Luka cracked you his signature open-toothed smile, his nose srunching up, "You're welcome. Always."

He was about to lean closer to you to plant a kiss on your temple when the interviewer casted on the laptop began to speak again, this time directed to both of you.

Both of you were staying in Luka's house for the whole weekend, and the NBA season had just ended days ago. The ESPN, along with its prominent reporters curated an interview within each NBA teams, somehow digging closely to the players' personal life. And of course, that personal life included significant others, which explains why you were sitting beside Luka with the thought you just overdressed.

"Oh, I see you have a pretty lady right beside you, Luka," the interviewer, specifically the female one said and it made you sport your usual funny face, widening your eyes and cracking a lopsided grin, "none other than hollywood actress (y/n)."

"Nah," you waved your hand dismissively with a smile on your face, "you didn't really have to mention that."

The interviewer, together with Luka laughed, and you followed suit.

"So, I could remember the first time the news that you and the wonderboy here were reportedly dating, it was a mess," she started again, "it was everywhere. A lot of tabloids were talkin' about it, you were both constantly papped, and people on Instagram and Twitter were talking about you two. How did you guys handle that kind of exposure in your relationship, most especially, you (y/n) always kept your relationships private and out of the public eye?"

"I personally think she was the level-headed one," Luka answered, and you laughed, well remembering how he often freaked out, "I mean, I'm no celebrity. I play ball and I never got that much exposure to media and whatnot. But she...she lead me to understand what was going on."

"Yeah, I definitely was," you smiled, looking up to your boyfriend who was now looking at you, "I remember how he was bewildered with all the gossip blogs and twitter rumors, even the fan pages sprouting outta nowhere on Instagram. I told him that, that was normal. People like you, they think you're hot."

Luka laughed again, and you could also hear how the interviewer's laughter bellowed from the other side, "You gotta admit that's true. That was what I also thought before we even started dating."

"I thought you thought I was young?" He added.

"Well, you're young. And hot."

There was laughter again, before the interviewer spoke after it died down, "Before you guys also started dating, (y/n), you said that you don't like dating young men. I think you said that on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. That was the time you and Luka, along with Boban Marjanović, Dirk Nowitski, and Kyle Kuzma were featured on the same show."
