Your phone chimed. Picking it up, you looked at your screen.
It was a text from Sebastian.
where u at?
You groaned, throwing your head back. It had been two weeks since that most unexpected thing happened between the two of you, and since then he hasn't stopped texting or calling your number just to check up on you.
You kind of thought he would, since you have been friends with him for awhile now. It was just until that morning had you realized the weight of the deed you both had done. It had plagued you for days; resulting in sleepless nights still thinking how he'd approach you.
But nothing changed.
No. Something did.
You noticed how his eyes were sticking on you, staring at your every move. There was always that unmistaken smirk on his face whenever you'd smile or laugh, and the obvious display of frowns and glares whenever you'd speak to a friend or a random someone, who happens to be another male.
Your fingers typed through your keyboard, sending him his response.
at home. hbu?
You didn't have to wait for a minute before your phone chimed again.
look outside of ur window.
Your eyebrows met, but you chose to do it nonetheless. You parted your drapes a little to the side, allowing yourself to peak through the open space. You immediately saw his car parked on the curb, and from what you could guess, he had been in there perhaps for a couple of minutes now.
why are u here?
He replied shortly.
I dunno. Heard u went over to (y/g/f/n)'s house yesterday. Why?
What he messaged you made you roll your eyes up, a loud groan escaping your lips. Apart from the other noticeable changes he had exhibited after what happened, you also noticed this one; he had been inquisitive of where you went and who you were with.
yes, that I did. But its none of ur business, tbh
You hit send. Closing back the drapes, you walked to your front door and opened it wide, revealing a Sebastian already leaning on the hood of his car. There was that usual frown on his face, that same frown he wears whenever he'd catch you laughing and casually chatting with other guys.
Sebastian walked to your door, his eyes trained heavy on you. This was the first time he came back ever since that night, when you were both drunk and stupid.
"It's none of my business, huh?" He scoffed, walking past you, "I don't think so."
You sighed, closing your door as soon as he was inside. "Can we get things straight? Why are you like this?"
"Like what, babe?"
There goes that name again. Babe. Like the pig. You tried to convince yourself that you didn't like it whenever he'd call you such, but you couldn't bear to do so.
"Like...like that," you scratched your brow, before crossing your arms across your torso, "you've been so questioning of my every move, and the people I spend my time with. I don't understand what is causing you to act like this, but truth be told, I don't like it."
"You don't know...what's causing me to act like this?" Sebastian nodded, his hands carefully tracing the patterns printed on your couch, "and you don't like it?"
You kept quiet as you observed him from a distance. He moved to lean back on the sofa, his body utterly turned to your direction.
"And you think I do, (y/n)? Well, truth be told, I don't. Wanna know why?" He raised both his eyebrows, "because I had never felt like this before. I haven't been 'questioning' to any other women before you...this. And you know what irks me the most? Is how you tried to play it cool after what happened, when in fact you shouldn't."
You stared at him, dumbfounded. "Why? How have you been handling it? By being questioning? The best we could do to this situation is act cool, like it never happened. Because it shouldn't have, in the first place. Jesus, Sebastian, we're friends!"
"We're friends?" He chuckled, "We're not. We were never friends, (y/n), and you know that."
Of course you knew that. Nothing about the two of you shouted friendship. You were always attracted to his devilishly handsome looks; his smirk, how he'd slide his tongue through his upper lip, his orotund voice, and his pair of steel blue orbs. Everything about Sebastian was perfect.
Little did you know, he liked you, too. He just couldn't afford to say it. You never failed to beguile him with your positive charm and aura, how you always seem to gather people around you and turn heads whenever you walk into a room, your witty quipbacks, and he had noted how good your hair smells.
"I would like to think at least...we were," you breathed out, "but what happened, Seb...it was just sex. That's all of it."
Sebastian's eyes went wide, disbelief casted across his face. He took large steps towards you, "Just sex? Is that what you think that is?"
"I-" you were about to reply when he cut you off by crashing his lips onto yours, making you moan against the kiss.
Nothing from that previous night made you remember from the way he kissed you now; it was hungry, lustful, and filled with frustration. Sebastian pinned you on the wall, his hand cupping the back of your head while the other grasped your thigh, wrapping it around his hip. You can feel how he pressed himself against you, his length grazing your core, and you closed your eyes as it sent that familiar warm build-up and sensation.
You placed your hand across his shoulder, holding on to him for dear life as his wet mouth travelled down to your neck, sucking and biting on your skin. You let out another moan, making Sebastian smirk against the crook of your neck before he went on. Your other free hand tugged on his locks, burying him deeper and pulling him into an embrace.
Sebastian began to grind his hips against you, eliciting a rather loud whimper from you. He broke away from the kiss only to marvel on how your face curled in pleasure, with him smirking as he grinded his hips faster, and both his hands now on either side of your hips steadying you.
"It was not just sex," he said inbetween deep breaths, "you understand?"
You opened your eyes to look at him. His hair disheveled, face flushed just like yours, and his red-ish lips parted and glistening with saliva. It made you moan again, as you bucked your hips to match his and pulled him even closer to your body.
"Yes," you managed to say, "oh, god, Seb."
"I like you, (y/n)," Sebastian whispered, "and this may be an unconventional time for a testimony, nevertheless it's genuine, I promise. I can never get enough of you, you drive me crazy. I don't know how you do this to me, and it may be something new, but trust me, I fucking like it."
"You were right," you replied, grabbing his face to give him a quick kiss, "we were never friends. I liked you, too. I always thought you were the most handsome man I've seen."
Sebastian smirked harder this time, but chose not to say anything. He instead kissed you again, his tongue caressing your lower lip causing you to open your mouth in response. His tongue slid inside, finding yours and gently sucked on it. Your back arched to him, and you pulled him tighter against you.
"Bedroom?" He asked, right after he broke the kiss but still maintained a close distance enough to keep both your lips touching.
You nodded, "Bedroom. Much better."
Sebastian lifted you by your thighs, and you wrapped them both around his hips as he lead you to your bed.
