>Reader has been dating Bucky for a while. You were infamous with your 'bad girl/ play girl' persona, until you met him and decided to change. Bucky had been with you long enough to acknowledge how you changed, and came to a beautiful realization.

The first time you met him was at a dimly lit club in the large city far from your hometown. You were out with your girl friends, until you all were separated because of how small and incredibly compressed the space was, as it was filled with either drunk people (like you were at the time) or just people trying to get some for the night.
You had been going in and out of numerous clubs for the last years of your life, after your emancipation from your devout Christian parents, you decided it was your time to finally enjoy life on your own terms.
You also had quite a reputation around, and you were quite known to be a play girl. Always out with someone everynight, but never really doing anything so sexual, well, except if you wanted to.
When Bucky met you at that night, you were wearing a tight black dress which hugged all the right curves you had. And to be honest, back in his days, he never really liked women who showed too much skin. He always preferred them modest, yet classy. Yet that didn't stop his interest from you, and yours as well when your eyes met each other from the sides, leading to an almost overnight chat about each other.
Well, that was almost a year ago, when all you ever wore were skimpy dresses and short shorts. He looked at you as you sashayed gracefully in the kitchen of his tiny apartment, cooking for both your breakfast. Your hair was tied up in a messy bun, his shirt twice your size clothing your body, and your bare foot tapping a steady rhythm against the floor.
There was a small smile creeping up to his lips. It was not like he didn't like it whenever you wore those things before, he actually let you. But maybe he was too shallow back then about judging your character and your reputation.
He was rather surprised of what kind of woman you turned out to be; very attentive, soft-spoken, strong, brave yet afraid of spiders and long flights of stairs, and an incredible woman. You were just wonderful.
"Your starting to creep me out, Buck," you laughed, "why don't you come here and join me for breakfast?"
Bucky instinctively moved closer to you, blue orbs still trained on you with genuine adoration. "You look beautiful today, doll."
You smiled at his way, your cheeks painting pink hues. "Thanks, but you said that yesterday, and the day before that, and the day before, and so on."
"Because you are," his eyes flicked on the plates of food and back to you, "and you never fail to wake up before I do to cook for breakfast. I love you for that."
"For that only?"
He smiled, watching you take your seat beside him. "And for many more, dear," leaning in, he placed a soft kiss on uour temple, making you close your eyes to relish the feel of the moment, "and many more."
"Thank you for giving me the chance," you sighed, taking his hand in yours, "if you haven't, perhaps I wouldn't know anything about this wonderful life I have with you."
He knitted both his eyebrows, lips parting. "Why not? You're amazing, despite what people told me about you. We all make bad things and bad decisions in our lives, doll. And I have my fair share, too. And I know and hope, that doesn't make us bad people."
You shook your head, seeing that familiar look in his eyes. The things he had done in his past, the things he didn't want to do but he had no other option, and the things he wanted to bury in his past. You had known it all, and you were thankful enough that Bucky gave you that chance to know him like that.
"No," you shook your head again, "No, Buck. We're not bad people, okay? We're just people wanting to get by. Those things are all behind us now."
You kissed his forehead, and reached around his back, circling the tips of your fingers around to calm his thoughts down.
He let out a small smile, leaning his forehead against yours. Right there he knew, he wanted you for as long as you lived.
"Breakfast first," you chuckled, "I'm famished."
Bucky laughed, and his comforting and youthful laughter rang through your ears, and despite how poor life happened to both of you, what you had with him was more than what you had bargained for.
