"Aww," said Chris in a soft voice. He sat on his own director's chair just a few inches apart from you, still wearing his costume from the taping that happened earlier, "what cute and good couple of boys."

It was one of your filming days, as you were an actress and you are co-stars with Chris Evans in your latest project. And since you live alone in your apartment, and your dog Alex puked last night, you can't bear leaving him all alone for the day. And before you left the house, you made sure to give your over enthusiastic pet about social etiquettes for dogs.

Though you were not sure whether he understood or even listened, well, at least you did try to.

"Oh, god," you chuckled over Chris' remark, "they might understand and get used to hearing it from you, Chris."

Chris let out his usual loud and cheery laugh, "I don't mind one bit. Pretty sure if Dodger was here he'd love  playing with these two."

He continued to pet Alex on his head, giving your two year old dog occasional slow and soft rubs on his lower chin. You looked at Alex's spoiled face, the dog staring up to Chris as if he was a well-lit Christmas tree. You looked over to your side, where Max was lying, and you could see how your other shy dog gazing at the sight of his brother and Chris chiding along.

A few minutes later, you both were called again to shoot some 12-minute take, leaving behind the dogs inside your trailer but making sure they were well taken cared off.

"I guess that's it for today, but I want you guys to prepare for longer hours for the next week, alright?"

Everyone was chatting, before heading back to each of the tents and vans parked near the outside part of the production set to prep before leaving for the day. You hurriedly went back inside yours to check up on your dogs, but as you were about to step in, you paused for awhile when you saw a sight to behold.

It was Max. And Chris. Your dog's head was lying on his lap as the man took a seat on your trailer's couch, with the dog's tail wagging profusely, indicating his excitement and glee.

You slightly shook your head, mainly because of your confusion as to how the hell Chris Evans beat you first to your trailer to have playtime with your dogs, but for the most part, it was Max.

He was your rescue dog, which you saved from the pound right before he was to be put down. He had only been with you for six months, and you could tell Max was still adjusting to the people around him, even with you. But seeing him with Chris, and him playing with a tennis ball with your co-star whom the dog just met only two hours ago, you knew he liked him around.

I mean, who wouldn't?

"So, you guys ready for some beers and whatnot?" You heard one of the crew ask from the door of your van, dodging the question to you and Chris.

It was only then the man noticed that you were inside the room, and almost immediately sported you a sheepish smile for breaking in to pet your dogs.

You made sure to give Chris a reassuring smile in return, before you turned back to the crew, "Yeah, sure. I'm always up for the beers and whatnot."

The other nodded, letting out a loud laugh, his gaze diverted to Chris, "How 'bout you, man? Comin' with us?"

"Of course, I am. Give me a sec." He said, looking down on Max to play with him one more time, throwing the ball up mid-air before Max reached up to catch it with his mouth.

The other bobbed his head as he turned away to join the other crewmates, telling the rest that you two were coming with them.

"You seem to really love dogs, don't you?" You stated, giving him a warm smile as you watched him stand from the couch, still looking at your dogs.

"Yeah, I do," he laughed softly, "I mean, I would also love cats, but I don't have idea how they like to be taken care of, and stuff."

"Oh, cats are a delight, but really pissy," you responded, waving your hand vaguely in the air, "they like to have you around but don't want you to touch them."

Chris laughed at what you said, stepping out of the trailer with you following behind. You gathered Alex and Max with you, before you stepped out, telling your team to go ahead first with the van.

As you neared the group of crew you were to hang out with for the day, they were discussing bars or pubs to go to, when you noticed Max was missing beside you. You looked to your other side, seeing Alex, also looking up at you, as if telling you he does not have a single idea where his brother was.

You looked around, only did you saw Max with Chris, the dog circling around his legs. Chris was trying to take a hold of him, when he started to bark real loud.

You gasped after realizing what Max was trying to do. Taking steps closer to them, Alex tailed behind you, you palmed your forehead.

"Oh my god, Max," you let out a sigh, making Chris look at you, "no, Max. You're not being real this time."

"What do you mean? Why's he circling my legs like a mad man?"

You laughed in disbelief, gazing at the dog who religiously circled Chris, matching his continuous barking. Chris laughed along you too, "That's something he does when he wants me to buy something. He did it twice when we were in a department store, and he kept circling round and round the toy, he went like that for half a minute, leaving me no choice but to take it with us."

"Oh my god," he laughed, looking at your dog who continued what he did, "He likes me that much that he thinks you can buy me? That's freaking hilarious!"

"Yeah, I'm so sorry. I guess he really likes you that much. Hopefully he'll stop once we're to hang out with these guys."

"No, wait," Chris stopped you, bending down to pet the dog on his head, "how about I stop by your house, say after hanging out with them, and I'll bring Dodger along?"

You smiled, his proposal already exciting you--for your dogs, of course. "That would be great!"
