First Dinner invitation-accepted

"Daoming Si, what's actually you are doing?" Shancai asking soon after her mom off the the kitchen.

"you said, you don't have a habit visiting girl's house?". She questioned him.

Daoming Si were thinking carefully of what to say, in fact he didn't know the real answer himself.

"Like I said I was just dropping your homework paper, because your friend XiaYou cannot come today". he thought that's his safe answer.

"Well, I know thank you for that! Actually, XiaYou sent me a text message during lunch time, that she couldn't come and give me that paper today. I did say it's okay, as it's not urgent, the teacher said it's for next week assignment . " she said, and continues again,

"I just don't want you to waste your journey here. I know it's not short journeys, your house is on the other side of the city. Beside, I maybe go back to school tomorrow anyway ".

"No, not really wasted journey at all", this girl is really smart, she will pick up anything suspicious, maybe telling her the truth is the best policy.

Daoming Si poundered.

"Also I need to deliver that cheesecake I ordered, didn't I?" He said hopeful, she accepted this reason.

"Ah, in that case, that's more logic! Why don't you said that in the first place, you know I can shushed you out, I can detect any lie coming from your mouth."she chuckled.

She laughed like feeling she won something.

[geez, this girl would get the job in police investigator no doubt]

"I did say we are friends, right? Friends visit each other's. That's normality." uttered Daoming Si reasoning to her.

"I suppose so..." she replied still not convinced how they can be friends so fast. Something not quite right here.

After chatting about nonsense things for half an hour, Mrs Dong called them to the dining table.

"I hope you were telling the truth about you can eat anything, Daoming Si", Shancai's mother reminded him.

Daoming Si nervously looking at Mrs Dong , but he responded, 

" I was " 

"Because, I cooked you nothing but ordinary". She then explained what's what on the table.

"Sweet and sour tofu stir fry with pineapple, deep fried coated mushroom and this one beef in Sichuanese sauce and steamed pak choy." she's looking hopeful that would be enough for inviting him for dinner.

"Here's the rice , and help yourself ". 

Mrs Dong offered him to starting first, he thanks her and pick up his chopsticks.

After he put some rice on his bowl, he was waiting for everyone to put their rice on their bowls too, then he proceed to pick some beef cuts in strip and put in Mrs Dong bowl's first, Shancai's after and his one's last.

Mrs Dong really impressed how polite this young rich boy is, she need to stopping him," AhSi, thank you, but please you enjoy yourself. I wouldn't expect you to serve me". she smiled.

"That's fine., Ayi " he stopped doing it to her, but still carry on with Shancai's bowl. Everytime, he she ate it, he put some more on her bowls.

"AhSi, I had enough. Thanks! You really feed me like I am a pig!" Shancai giggled.

"I just want you to have more energy and get better soon". He responded.

" I think I will ,  tomorrow I maybe strong enough to be back to school again". Shancai said .

"Well, if you need a lift to go to school tomorrow I can... " Shancai interrupted him quickly before he saying anymore.

"Don't you dare, Daoming Si! " Shancai screaming, it caused her mother to reprimanded her.

"Shancai, don't be so rude. I think Daoming Si is only offers, a kind offer. "

"Okay, I am sorry AhSi , thanks but really you don't need to". she stubbornly said.

Daoming Si nodded.

"Now can we have the cheesecake! I love dessert time". She is acting like a little kid now.

Daoming Si really amazed how come she changed her characters so quickly but most of them quite pleasant.

"Ayi, thank you for the dinner, really are very tasty! I wish I could take it back what I was saying earlier,—- that I eat anything! So I can I proudly saying my palate only appreciate exquisite taste....Because your food really are delicious! "

Daoming Si really knows what to say to please people, maybe that's how posh kids brought up to, Shancai thought.

"You're very welcome, Daoming Si. I think you are instantaneously becoming my favourite dinner guest! Mr Dong said happily.

"You may come anytime you want! "

An unlimited invitation he earned which he accepted gladly.

"Thank you, I hope your invitation never expired, Ayi ", he is grinning.

Shancai interject " I will be the judge of that!" she laughed loudly.

They then enjoyed the Passion fruit cheesecake that Daoming Si brought.

He was so pleased to see Shancai had 2 slices of that cheesecake . She did really love her dessert, he mentally noted. Even Daoming Si could eat. one full slice of that cheesecake, he normally wouldn't, he wasn't fan of sweet stuff.

But watching Shancai eating, everything taste 10 times better. He wonder why.

[I may need to hit the gym after, ops I can't my ankle still not healed yet. He laughed internally]

After 15 minutes finished with his tea, he thought it's time to leave.

" Are you sure, you don't need a lift tomorrow? I can send my driver here." he initiated again.

" I am sure AhSi... Also I am pretty sure if you insist when I say no so many times, we are not friends anymore ", she said that very confidently.

Daoming Si will definitely would not dare to challenge her.
