Terrible Tuesday (Morning)

AhSi waking up with blazing headache.

He couldn't sleep well at all. After went to see his mother last night, his dreaded thoughts was confirmed, even worse than he was expected.

That conversation with his mother kept playing on his head.

["AhSi, you soon graduate from high school next year, which is only less than 8 months away. You soon going to go to University abroad, either UK or USA.

Do you remember Yuanzi, Mr He's beautiful daughter?

She's almost 21 years old now, she will graduated from New York school of fashion next year and now she is on internship back to Shanghai. I talk to her father this morning and we both very much like the idea for two of you to make more acquaintances, you know getting to know each better". Daoming Feng said.

"I know you are not interested in having relationship with any girls so far, perhaps no girls is good enough for you anyway". she laughed wickedly.

"This girl, Yuanzi is stunning girl, she is Chinese Top model. Having educational background. Her family very respectable and their wealth just as almost similar to us. No worries about gold digger, she is their only daughter. She heiress of the He Company. She is the most suitable girl for you. Her father and I thought, you and her are just a match".

"Of course we are not thinking about marriage yet, you both still too young. But we do not mind you both going out together ".

His mother carried on with her future plan to him. While AhSi couldn't utter a word. He just shocked, angry and frustrated. Barely had the energy to refuse and responded to all those plan his mother had for him. A week earlier he didn't know what was feelings being close to a girl until he met Shancai. Now his mother wants him to courting another girl.

He wants to scream to his mom, I already have someone. I can not and I don't want to bother with another girl. Somehow he felt he's betrayed Shancai already. How that even possible?

"That's why we, or better it's you will host a welcome party for her this weekend at our house. You don't need to worry with anything, Mr Chu has had taken care of everything. All you need to do, just invite all your respectable friends. Lei, Ximen, MeiZuo and some others friends from your school. Yuanzi will invite some of her circle friends from modelling and old schools too. Do not worry as long as you can keep the party reasonably under control, we are the old folks won't attend the party. Only for the young" she added smiled knowingly.

"You seemed shocked AhSi, yes it is a nice surprise, right? I let you dating a girl". She's chuckled and continued " but you are already 18 and with the hormones and that I understand. Just be careful, okay".]

I wished that it was just a dream.

Or a nightmare, precisely.

I don't want parents match-making. I heard lots stories about that.

Living in some fake marriages. Pretending to be a happy family like in Hollywood movies. It's not me.

I am not an actor, I can't pretend to care for someone let alone pretend to love someone.

Wait, LOVE ?

What's love, I know nothing about love.

I always thought love was a myth. It was just a Spell words, the magic words to make women wanted to go to bed with you.

I never thought that feelings really existed.

But now I am not so sure anymore.

Why I feeling upset, just because mother keep talking about Yuanzi.

Tuesday morning at school.

"AhSi, did you hear the news about He Yuanzi, apparently she's back in Shanghai?" That was the  first thing MeiZuo said when AhSi entered his classroom.

" You know, I always fancy her back then, before she went to New York" grinned MeiZuo.

" I bet she is more beautiful now " ... MeiZuo face so dreamy.

Ximen just search on his phone .

"Look, she updated her Instagram this morning ! I thought you followed her account " he showed his phone to MeiZuo.

"No, I don't. I'd rather women followed me first, then I might or might not follow them back. Depend on my mood". MeiZuo laughed loudly.

"Hey AhSi, what happened to your soul? Are you not here yet? Is it just your body without spirit?" Ximen noticed AhSi who just unusually quiet.

"You remembered Yuanzi right? I thought she had a crush on you last time. She kept asking about your phone number, that you refused to give her. In the end she pestered us to give yours. Of course, we did. We are trying to help you". Ximen chuckled.

"But as I remembered rightly, you've changed your number not long after that! I wonder why?" suddenly Lei butted in.

" Ah yes, I remembered that too. Did she ever contact you at all?" asked Ximen.

"Why don't you invite her to your house party this weekend , AhSi? I can contact her on her Weibo or IG" Ximen volunteered nicely. While MeiZuo looking hopeful.

This is Brilliant! Now even my best buddies on it too.
