Monday Evening

AhSi not in the right mood when he was arrived at home.

He still quizzical with what his conversation ended with Shancai. His simple mission to find out what Shancai likes to eat failed miserably. How difficult was that.

Then his effort to rectify what went wrong and where did she go during lunch break, he didn't get the answer either.

Feeling less energetic, he looking for Mr Chu, their house butler.

Maybe that old man can give better suggestions about what varieties food to serve. Or what's on trend for party food nowadays.

"Mr Chu , where are you?" AhSi yelling soon he entered his house.

The house butler appeared from the west wing of their house.

"Mr Young Daoming, you back from school" he greeted him politely.

AhSi impatiently answered " yes, and I need your help. I am going to host a party. Can you prepare the best party ever for young people here, this Saturday ? The best food variety can offer from around the world, cool and comfortable decoration. You may ask around.  If I know more about food requirements, I will let you know. "

"Understood very well Young Master, in fact your mother has already informed me earlier. About Miss He coming back to Shanghai from New York. Your mother is actually waiting for you in her office to tell you about this. She's suggesting you invite her for a welcome party. Her father is one of your mother business partners. I am surprised you had already knew about this and even planning ahead with the party for her. You all young people are very quick with latest news, Twitter,  Weibo, Instagram all those. Miss He is very famous, I have no doubt her arrival to the country make it to the news. You didn't waste your time and make your first move. Your mother will be pleased." Mr Chu explained in long sentences and with smiled on his face.

AhSi just aghast, shocked and lost for words to hear about this news.

" I , ..I don't! I don't plan the party for her. I don't even hear about her coming back. Or even a slightest care. Of course, I know her. We all acquaintances, we are from the same circle, obviously because our parents. But Mr Chu, I really don't making a plan party for her. That's absurd! I planned it for.... oh never mind! I just feel like it. That's all" AhSi head starting to get spinning.

Can my day get any worse?

"I see... " Mr Chu chuckled. He thought AhSi just embarrassed his plan about wooing that girl had been revealed.

"No, you don't see anything!" AhSi groaned.

"I just remind you, to see your mother as soon as possible. She's really waiting. I will send you the suggestions for the menus, and party plan first thing tomorrow morning. So we have enough time prepare and adjustment, as you like if ". Mr Chu then returned to his room.

Unenthusiastically AhSi walked to his mother's office in the west side of their mansion house.

He knocked the door softly, until he heard " come in AhSi! "her mother said quickly.

"How is your day, mother?" AhSi greeted normally, like he's always been taught since he was kid.

"Wonderful son, thank you and can make my day even more brilliant." said his formidable mother.

AhSi feeling terribly nervous.  He absolutely do not want to know, when his mother has a plan involving him, it's mean business, he knew it too well.
