3rd person POV
Days had passed and Elizabeth still laid motionless. Julie had been staying with Flynn, doing whatever she could to keep her mind off of her older sister. Julie didn't know if she could bare losing her for a second time. Alex had been scouring LA, looking for Willie, who was M.I.A again. Reggie sat alone on the studio writing sad country songs. And Luke was sat outside of Elizabeth's door with his head in his hands. The boys forbid him from going into the room, knowing it would make him sadder.
No one was handling this as well as they should have.
Elizabeth was back in the dark room. Not the one Caleb put her in, but the same one she had been in while she was dead. The first few hours of being there were spent hitting the invisible walls and crying out for Luke. Being here a second time was worse than the first, because this time, people cared about her.
Last time she was here, everyone below her was angry at her and she felt alone. Now, she had her baby sister back, someone who loved her as much as she loved him, and two best friends who would do anything for her.
She needed to go home.
It was like someone heard her prayers, the girl falling back into her own body. She shot up from the bed, immediately regretting it, as she is still weak. She tries to stand up but her legs collapse and she's back on the bed.
She stands up again, her legs shaking. Not even two steps to the door, her legs give and she smacks to the floor. Luke, hearing a thump, gets up and steps through the door, seeing the girl on the group.
"Beth!" He jumps to her, scooping the girl into his arms and placing her on the bed, "You shouldn't be getting up. How long have you been awake?"
She disregards his words, wrapping her arms around his neck, "It was awful, Luke. I was in the dark room. I thought I was dead again."
He wrapped his arms around her protectively, "It's okay. I'm never going to let Caleb lay a finger on you again." Elizabeth knew that he couldn't do anything about the magician, but nodded at his words anyway. The two shared a short kiss before Luke carried the girl to the studio.
Reggie hopped up from the couch at the sight of the girl, "Elizabeth! Look at you! It's like you're brand new!"
She laughed, "Yeah, I totally feel like it too. Where Jules and Alex?"
"Julie's been at Flynn's for the past few days and Alex has been looking for Willie." Luke informs the girl, sitting on a chair with her in his lap.
"I've been writing country songs! Mind if I show you them later?" Alex beamed at the girl.
"Of course, Reg! How about you show everyone once we get the whole crew back" She offers, an excited smile etching across Reggie's face.
"I'll go find Alex!" Reggie poofed away, looking for the third Sunset Curve member.
Look stands back up with the girl, "I guess we're going to get Julie."
The two poof into Flynn's room, Julie yelping, making Flynn give her a weird look.
"Liz! You're okay!" Julie hopped up, throwing her arms around her sister. Flynn would've thought this was beautiful if Julie wasn't hugging the air right now.
Elizabeth laughed at Flynn's confused face, hugging her sister back. "I missed you, Jules. I'm not going anywhere."
Luke and Elizabeth left Julie to fill Flynn in on the events that happened. Elizabeth didn't want Julie to miss out on a night with her best friend, so the older girl forced her sister to stay for the sleep over. Plus, she didn't mind the idea of her and Luke having a night for themselves.
