3rd person POV
Julie was sulking in her room, Elizabeth trying to comfort her, both girls unaware of the boys creeping outside of the door.
Elizabeth rubbed comforting circles on her sister's back, "Jules, I'm sure he's around. Why would he just up and leave?"
Julie shook her head, more tears falling, "I don't know. I'm just worried. What if something happened? I mean, no one can find him."
"I'm positive that he is fine. I know you're worried about him, I know." She squeezes her sister, not knowing exactly how to comfort her.
"Carrie hasn't been to school in a couple of days. I think she's pretty upset too." Julie says, her tears finally drying up.
An idea pops into Liz's head, "I know that this is going to sound stupid, but how about you go over there?"
"You really think that'd be a good idea?" Julie asks, pulling away from her sister.
Elizabeth shrugs, "I don't see why it wouldn't."
At this moment, Alex leaned too far onto Luke, the three ghosts all falling through the door and onto the floor.
Julie sighed, "Why am I not even surprised?" The boys got up, cheeks flushing red with embarrassment. "We're going to Carrie's."
"I thought Alex was the only one that liked her?" Reggie says, earning a smack from Luke.
Julie gives Alex a confused look and the boy clears his throat, "Uhm, sometimes I just like going to her dance rehearsals.." Julie nods slowly, slipping her shoes on.
"I'll meet you guys there? And absolutely no messing with Trevor." Julie tells them, motioning that she's watching them.
The ghosts poof out, landing at the Wilson household. Elizabeth steps through the door, gasping when she sees Carrie curled up on the couch with a tear stained face and a trashcan full of tissues.
"That's.. that's awful. I can't even imagine what their going through." Elizabeth said, holding her hand over her mouth. It was no secret that the girl had a huge heart, Luke loved that about her, but hated how she constantly felt sad because of others.
Luke wrapped an arm around her shoulder, feeling her heart aching for the girl. He felt a similar ache when the girl next to him had gone missing. For the first time, he felt empathy for someone that wasn't close to him.
A chime of a doorbell filled the house and Carrie aggressively wiped her face before standing up to answer it.
The girl gasped slightly at the sight of an equally distraught Julie in front of her, "Julie? What are you doing here?"
"I just wanted to see if you were okay." She told the girl standing in front of her. Julie was a lot like her sister, caring for the people around her.
"Do you, maybe, want to come in?" Carrie asked, stepping aside. Julie nodded, walking past her. Carrie led her to the couch, handing her a pack of tissues.
"Do you think he's okay?" Julie asked, breaking the small silence. Either Julie didn't see the ghosts, or she was ignoring them, both being good scenarios in this case.
"I don't know. The last time I saw him, he was going on about getting back at someone. He talked all weird, too." Carrie said with a sigh, both lifers keeping it together.
"Your dad isn't here, right? I don't want him to come down and see us both a mess." Julie chuckled softly, trying to bring the mood up.
Carrie looked at her nails, letting out a small laugh, "No, he's not. He's with his therapist, something about his 'bandmates coming back from the dead'?"
