31: New Neighbors

Our new neighbors had moved in a few days ago. So today I planned on dropping off a care package.
" Ready to go snow bunny? " I asked the bundled up crow. He looked up at me with a bright smile he got from his father.
"Go! " He cheered as he took my hand.
" We'll be back Bo! " I yelled to my husband who sat trying to fix a broken toy. He gave a grunt in response. Me and Hinata left the house walking down the drive way.
" Fly! " Hinata said holding his hands ups.
" Not now baby crow. When we get home you can fly all you want. " I looked down at the little ginger who was scowling. I laughed a little patting his head.
Once we arrived at the house I knocked on the door. I put a smile on when a brown haired lion open the door. He held a kid no older than Hinata on his hip.
" Hi! I'm Akaashi Kōtarō. This is my son Hinata. We're the neighbors just acro-"
" Boke! " The darker haired child pointed at Hinata. The crow stepped forward.
" Kageyama! That wasn't nice" He groaned.
" Oikawa Hajime. And this is Kageyama as you know already. Sorry about him. He's like his father. " He gave a small laugh.
" Well. I'd like to welcome you. Me and Hinata decided we'd make you a gift basket. "
" Aw thanks dear. " He set the little cu- crow.. His son was a crow. Maybe from his fathers side. I handed the basket to Oikawa who took it setting it on a side table.
" You're welcome. Well. Don't be afraid to call me if you need anything. "
" Will do! See ya around"
"See ya! " He closed the door, and I took Hinata's hand. We started back to our house. Hinata giggling about the new boy he met.
" Maybe we could set up a play date for you to" I said entering the house.
