Nikei and I looked at each other with equal confusion on our faces. Their bowl was placed back on their lap as they processed the information.

...Hajime Hinata, who lay on his back with an empty look in his eyes and a pale face. It was as if he didn't care that he died.

Makoto Naegi: "N-No..."

Fuyuhiko Kuzuryu: "Alright, Makoto's here. Gh...who are we still missing? They better get here quickly so I can get that damn file."

Himiko Yumeno: "*hic* *sniffle*"

Yasuhiro Hagakure: "Y-You don't seem too sad. I mean, he just died!"

Fuyuhiko Kuzuryu: "Don't get me wrong, I am sad. But I was taught not to cry from a young age, and I've run out of tears. I just want the Monokuma File already so I can drag the bastard down to hell in the class trial."

Monokuma: "Alright, alright! Now, I present, the Monokuma File! Use it to aid your investigation for the upcoming class trial!"

After he announced those words, Monokuma left us to our own devices. I had the file in my hands, so I read over what it said on it.

The victim is Hajime Hinata, the Former Ultimate Hope. The victim's body was discovered in their private room on the first floor. The estimated time of death was 3:35am. The victim died from asphyxiation and lack of blood circulation and has strangulation injuries around their neck.
