It's beautiful. I don't know why but it is. It's almost blinding how bright it is. Glowing so effortlessly, pulling me in with its warm essence.

I smile tenderly.

"Wake up, Kin-Ji." Said the glowing light with a sweet voice

"E-Eomma?" I questioned

"Wake up!" The voice said more aggressively

Suddenly the world started to crumble around me, I felt like the walls were closing in and the light was disappearing quickly

"Kin-Ji!"

My eyes suddenly shot open.

I glanced around frantically taking in my surroundings until my sights landed on Julia. I looked at her confusingly until I remembered what happened.

My arms quickly pressed onto my stomach which now felt somewhat softer.

Tears began filling my eyes and when I tried to speak nothing came out.

Julia looked defeated as she slowly stroked my hair...

"Kin-Ji... I need to tell you something okay? Ivy and Irene will be back any moment."

I looked up at her and cried harder, "I'm sorry." She said as tears also started to fill the brim of her eyes, "They're making me do this."

I shook my head 'no' swiftly as Irene came rushing through the door.

"Did you tell her?" Asked Irene

"No." Said Julia, never taking her eyes from me

"Tell her." Said Ivy now walking in to stand beside Irene.

"K-Kin-Ji..There was a lot of blood and we-We had to make a choice- and-the babies-they're-"

I squeezed my eyes shut, trying to speak but nothing except harsh squeaks would come out.

"They're dead." Said Irene plainly

"But don't worry. Now you have me." Said Ivy as he walked towards the bed and smiled at me before petting my head

My shoulders continued to shake as I let out effortless tears.
