It's been almost a year since my sisters and I escaped Ivy.. None of us have been the same. To say that we healed from Felix's death would be a terrible lie. Suri pretends that that part of our life never happened, Hana and Kula won't even say Felix's name.... and Soomi, well she's the most destroyed.

A month after everything happened, she found out she was pregnant. None of us knew what to do with that information.. But she made the decision on her own to not follow through with the pregnancy. She knew the baby had no faults but she also knew she couldn't be the mother she wanted to be.

After that, she became more closed off than normal. She even hides her hair, whether it be with scarfs or hats, she can't seem to enjoy her gorgeous white locks anymore.. Not since the night Felix died.

Me on the other hand, I seem to be the only one still themself. I try not to think about Ivy or the life we shared with him. But for four years that's all we knew.

Thankfully, today is a special day. Not only is it my 20th birthday, it's also the day we move to Seoul. We had wanted to move there as soon as we arrived in Busan, but Suri just wanted to settle at that moment, so we agreed. Unfortunately, now everyone is worried about being too close to Ivy. Though he can't come into this territory, Ivy can be crafty when it comes to getting what he wants and we're something he wants....... I'm something he wants.

"Kin-ji!" I heard my name almost as soon as I walked through the door.

"I literally just got home, what?" I placed my bag on the little side table by the door and walked towards the kitchen. "Hello? Don't call my name then not say anything."

"SURPRISE!" I felt my heart sink into my ankles, "Happy Birthday to you! Happy birthday to you! Happy Birthday dear Kin-Ji... Happy Birthday to you!" a smile crept onto my face as they sang.

"Aish, you guys are a pain." I said, giggling. "Shut up and just blow out candles." Kula said in a joking manner.

I nodded and closed my eyes before softly blowing out the candles. Lots of hoorays spread through the room.

I looked at the three sisters that stood in front of me and slightly frowned, "Um... Whe--Where's Soomi?"

They all looked at each other before Hana finally spoke, "Well.... tomorrows the anniversary of Felix's death and so she's in her room." I nodded and turned around, walking back into the family room.

"Well, we're moving today. You're telling me she couldn't even come down for that? For god sakes Hana, there's literally NOTHING in her room." I stated.

"Kin-Ji, you're being insensitive. Soomi has gone through more than the rest of us." Suri spoke in a hushed tone.

I took a deep breath and nodded. "Right."

Suddenly, we heard her coming down the steps, "Is Kin-Ji-- Oh.. Well, lets go then." we all stood in shock as she grabbed her jacket and purse.

"Soomi... Yo--Your hair.. There's no hat..." I said, as I covered my mouth,
