I wasn't thinking correctly after what Julia had said only a few days ago.
"They're not dead...But I don't know how safe they are."
She couldn't be telling the truth could she? I mean how would I know? Almost as soon as I registered what she said I ran out of there. I'm so tired of the people in this mansion playing tricks on me. This is the second time I was led to believe that my children were dead...What am I to do now? Just blindly follow Julia? I can't...I won't let myself.
On the upside, the idea that my children could be alive has made me a bit happier. I've started eating again and even occasionally walking around the halls when these psychos let me. I'm excited for the ball because I miss my sisters so fucking much but other than them...I miss Jungkook.
I don't think I've ever felt this strongly for someone...I can only hope that he feels the same way towards me still. I hope that our distance hasn't broken us and even if it has...I hope he can still be present for our babies.
I smiled to myself as I continued down the corridor with two very big and unnecessary guards trailing behind me.
"What are you smiling at?"
I lifted my head to meet Ivy's gaze.
"Nothing." I said immediately frowning at his presence
"Mm...Well come with me. Irene would like to speak to you."
I rolled my eyes and decided to follow him without a fight. I really didn't feel like arguing tonight.

Once we arrived in Irene's office, I noticed we weren't alone.
"Ah, Kin-Ji! Welcome. Meet Mr. Jinx and Mr. Crow, they'll be redesigning our ballroom." Irene said as she stood from her desk
"Redesigning for what?" I asked
"Well our guest of course." said Ivy
I looked at them, still confused.
"What? You didn't think we'd throw a ball without a little fun did you?" as Irene as she and Ivy contorted their faces into ones of wide smiles and endless bulging eyes.
I was uncomfortable and scared.
What were they doing? And what was my family getting into unknowingly?
