Summary : Chuck Bass has feelings for a girl and pays close attention to her. What happens when she starts to get suspicious of this new found love between them? Will they get together or will their friendship flop?

The next morning, Chuck wakes to see Y/N missing from his bed. To his surprise, when he called for Y/N name, there wasn't a reply from her. He had gotten worried because of what happened last night. Chuck decides to call Nate out of worry since Y/N didn't reply to his calls.

"Hey dude, what's up", Nate says as he picks up the phone call from Chuck.

"I need your advice on something, man", Chuck asks Nate frantically.

"Sure, anything for my best bud."

"Y/N wasn't in bed when I woke up, Nate."

"That's weird... if anything she usually wakes up later than you. We all know how much of a sleepy head she is. I'll text her later to see where she is."

"Forget that, I'll tell you myself. Last night, Y/N came to Victrola realising that I was flirting with her the whole time with quotes from her favourite books and movies. Then she asked me 'what angle am I playing at?'. I quoted 'He just not that into you' and asked her to tell me what film it was and if she did then I would drop the whole flirting with quotes. She didn't say the name of the film even though she clearly knew it and then I took her home before she 'embarrassed' herself further and may or may not have kissed her on the cheek and told her I loved her before I left in my limo to settle some things."

"Give her time, Chuck. It's not everyday that the Chuck Bass takes interest in a girl he has genuine feelings for and then decides to kiss her on the cheek and says "I love you". Besides, that's my sister you're talking about. She had a thing for you when we were all younger and so of course she's gonna react to the situation, one way or another."

"Could you text her to check her whereabouts? For me?" Chuck asks Nate as a favour.

"Sure, dude."

After Nate texted Y/N to see where she was, he texted Chuck that Y/N just went out to grab coffee with Dan and that she was on her way home.

Y/N came back home awhile later and saw a bouquet of flowers on his table but chose to ignore it and lie on Chuck's bed underneath the covers instead.

Chuck came out of the bathroom only to see a certain figure underneath his covers as his clears his throat to get Y/N attention.

"So have you thought about it?" Chuck nervously asks Y/N.

Y/N looks up from under the covers and sighs seeing as she can't avoid him forever, "Thought about what?"

"About last night. I told you I loved you and I meant it."

"Chuck, I have to admit something. I wasn't entirely honest with you as well. To be honest, when a guy takes interest in you, you'd kinda have feelings towards him. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I like you and I have since you started taking an interest in the things I love. You have a playboy attitude and so I was afraid to tell you my feelings. Now that I know you feel the same way as I do, I know I can trust you fully with my heart. You get one chance, Chuck, and one only."

Chuck smiles and steps closer to Y/N as he responds, "I do?"

Y/N sits up on the bed and says, "Yes. But it's your only chance. If you so much as even think about breaking my heart, we're over."

"You won't regret this", Chuck says as he sweetly smiles in excitement at Y/N.

Y/N smiles seeing Chuck's smile, "What?"

"Nothing. I just— I finally get to call you my girlfriend."

Chuck then moves closer to where Y/N was sitting and kisses her.
