Chapter Thirty-Four

"Why nobody informs me about the rumor going around the whole campus?" Athena held an emergency meeting before the classes start.

"Oh,  are you talking about the return of the WAR?" Minerva guessed while Athena nodded and rant why the WAR that they requested to disappear is returning.

"Athena..."

Athena sigh when Ares warned her, the school only allowed her to attend her classes because the vice-president approved her request and the officers agreed if she doesn't stress herself.

"Athena believing this rumor? I think you shouldn't just stress out this issue. It's just a rumor and it will eventually die down." Henry suggested and the rest of the student council agreed.

Wala nang nagawa si Athena kaya umupo na lang ito at hinigi ang minutes of the meeting kasi Minerva habang nilalahad ni Tyler ang mga nangyari sa IQU nung nawala siya.

"Okay, I think that's all for today's meeting, malapit na mag time. Meeting adjour---" Patapos na ang kanilang pagpupulong nang may kumatok.

"Students, good thing you're all here,"

Miss Dove enters the room while holding a file of papers and a small box and placed them on the center table. She notices that her student officers were surprised that she visits the office room early.

"What's this, Miss Dove?" Minerva grabs the box and attempts to unlock it, but Athena cuts her off and tells her to wait for Miss Dove's approval.

"Officers of the Student Body Council, you're all excuse for today's school activities," Nanlaki lahat ang kanilang mga mata, pwera na lang kay Ares, sa sinabi ng kanilang gurong tagapangasiwa.

"But you must read all this information, Minerva kindly distribute these documents."

As soon as Minerva distributes the documents, each member scans the papers and was surprised about its content. "So, totoo nga?"

"What do you all mean?"

"Miss Dove, there's a rumor that spreads the whole campus about the WAR is returning and this info clearly stated," Minerva answered and some agree.

"Not technically," Ares disagrees, as he scans the documents. "It seems this new WAR and the old WAR is different and look how this manual has a Japanese translation."

"That's correct, Ares. The WAR didn't actually return, actually the largest and famous institution for higher education in Japan wants to use the WAR system in their education but they suggest to developed and change their own features."

The students carefully read the papers, May, a Grade 9 representative, seems to have a question "I know that our university developed the WAR System but why are you telling us these? Shouldn't the students who created it are the ones you're seeking approval from?"

Miss Dove sat the other side of the table, in front of Athena's chair, "They agreed, and since the Japanese want to test the WAR in a higher level of competition,"

"They want us, students, against our professors," Ares stated in an obvious way that made everyone looked at him with shocking expressions.

Napangiti si Miss Dove, "That's right, Ares." Tumayo ito habang dala-dala yung kahon na kanina pa niya kapit-kapit.
